Long Beach EBikes

Honestly, the best shop in Long Beach. They provide maintenance, they are very helpful, and they’re not overbearing when you go into the store to push selling merchandise in your face. Was able to connect with the staff and had it overall great experience. They handled the maintenance on my bike and brake replacement with no hassle not to mention T a really great price!!!! Wont hesitate to go back!!

I was sad to hear about the Willow location closing, but you guys are awesome and happy you are still in Long Beach! It’s a little more of a bike ride but the service is well worth it! Extremely great and professional. I have always been a supporter of small businesses so upon seeing an Instagram Ad I knew I had to check them out. Danny was super friendly and very informative; so I quickly went from simply looking, to test driving, to walking out with my new XERO2 Fly + e-bike.

I came in with a broken throttle bar, broken back brakes and flat tires. 20 minutes later all was fixed as if never broken.

CJ knew how my bike worked without questions, fixed it with ease. Moreover pricing was very adequate. I will definitely be coming back for repairs and purchases. 10/10!

I love this bike shop! CJ and the staff are friendly, competent, and Awesome! Glad I only live a few blocks away, because I have stopped by several times for minor issues, adjustments, etc. and received instant help. I will return here for whatever my bike needs are. I don’t usually do reviews, But on my EBike purchase Danny made the difference. He has great customer service! He treated me well while I was shopping for a bike, didn’t just make me pick what ever bike, he walk me through the specs of each bike! Good customer skills! Great EBike shop! I would highly recommend this place for your EBike purchase, you won’t regret it! He has lots of bikes for you to choose from! Definitely coming back to purchase one for my wife! He also offers financing! With little to no down payment at purchase 👍

I don't own a car and was looking for a convenient and efficient way to travel around Long Beach and Los Angeles. Thankfully, both areas are densely populated (more so LA), so commuting if you have a skateboard or bicycle is in many ways more ideal than having to deal with the troublesome traffic and parking that comes with life in a big city. After some searching, I discovered that electric bicycles were quickly (if not already) becoming a fantastic way to both travel and have fun on wheels, so I made my way to this store hoping to find a new way to ride (I mainly rode the bus and skateboarded). I'd say the biggest shock after walking inside was reading how expensive most eBikes are. If you're looking for a quality model that'll give you great speed and at least 40+ miles on a single charge, expect to pay $1000+. There are cheaper models available, some even in the range of $500, but you'll be getting what you pay for. Those bikes don't run with great batteries and your speed probably won't exceed an average of 16 mph. I've owned both models so far, a lower priced and modest priced electric bicycle, so take my advice from one customer to another and pay top dollar for what you want. You'll thank yourself in the future. The owner of the store gave me great deals and a bunch of helpful knowledge with both of my eBikes (and also didn't mind when I asked 100 questions), and he's a big reason why I went back to get another when I realized my first weaker model didn't cut it. I'm not only satisfied with his service, but I'm also happy with the bike I have now. Give this store a chance and you won't regret it.
