This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with any dealership and I've been to quite a few. Corey was very polite and welcoming the moment we walked through the door, he was so informative and was just as determined to get me a car that fits my family size as I was determined to get one. The process was really fast and I was happy with the outcome. He's has really great customer service and I can tell he really takes pride in helping people.

Sergio was awesome and helped get me in a vehicle within my budget and even helped me with insurance that is affordable and got signed up the same day.

Great service, good selection and actually listens to you! He also went out of his way to make sure the car is nice and ready for me the same day. I was looking for a Tacoma x-runner for approximately six months and I’ve seen lots of them most of them were in decent shape but not as good as the one that I found here in this dealership Ron was excellent in answering all my question. He was willing to work with me on on the price and also how to pay for it so my experience with them has overall been excellent. They run it like it’s a small family business I don’t know if it’s a franchise or what but they were like a small family business which made it nice for me to shop (no pressure sales). I appreciate all the help and all the answers that Ron was able to answer for me. I did buy the truck from them. It’s going to be a great addition to our garage door company. My parents have been coming to Diamond Motorcars Inc for years. They bought me my first car here a few years back and decided to return looking for a truck for my mom, that didn’t regret it! The service here is great! Sergio was wonderful in both helping them select the car and get through the application process. I’m the end they got the car of their dreams for a great price.

I came across this dealership while I was looking for a bigger vehicle that would fit my family. With my past credit history and being new to california, I thought it was impossible to get a new car.

When Ron got in touch with me, he assured me that he would help our family out.

I don't write many reviews, but this place deserves high praise and I felt that this was a worthwhile piece to write.

Sergio helped me get into a Honda accord that I needed to replace one that I had previously lost to an accident. Due to a few red marks on my credit I didn't expect to have any luck, but Sergio and his financiers found a way to help me finance the car. So now on my way to work again, and I also have an opportunity to improve my credit.

Next was all the paper work. What could have been a long, drawn out process was facilitated quick with the help of Savanna, who knew that giving clear, concise information during the process could only help with efficiency. So not only was the process easy, but any gaps in information that I had on what I was signing was answered without delay. The real surprise? While Sergio looked on over the proceedings, he remarked that Savanna was still "in training". If his employees operate this way while training, it inspires confidence that they will hit the ground running.

The car itself is awesome, but with two minor issues. The tires on the front were beyond wear, but before the contract was signed Sergio had already assured me that tires were ready to go on (I had to take the care that day for work the next), and that i could bring it back whenever to put them on. I also discovered a day later that the heater didn't work. I wasn't even worried. I just called Sergio to let him know, and he told me it would be taken care of when the tires went on. So I took the car down there today, got the tires and heater taken care of, and I am beyond satisfied. For the record, his guy in the service bay Glenn seemed to be a straight shooter and his work proved it.

13/10 will recommend to people. Very professional. Thanks guys!

I love this place Sergio worked out a great deal and got me in a 2014 Toyota Corolla with only 34000 miles... I have low monthly payments with low money down. Diamond Motors is just like the sign says they'll finance anyone my credit wasn't so great. THANK YOU diamond motors

Great place three locations tons of selection. Staff is helpful with tough credit situations. Have bought two cars there and they have been terrific in every facet of the deal. Prices are great and they made the payments affordable.
