Janis and her assistants are very professional people. I had contacted Janis for my 601A waiver, I had looked around called many lawyers and was unsatisfied with what they had to say. As soon as I contacted Janis I knew she was was the best lawyer she answered all my questions and told me how the whole process was going to be which was the exact same that I had research on the USCIS home page SO I knew she was saying the truth about the whole process. Other lawyers had said I would be denied the new waiver because my husband wasn't sick others told me I didn't have to leave the US which is a lie just to get you to pick them. The truth is Janis takes u step by step and tell you how it is she made my waiver packet the best and thank God I got approved for my waiver. I only had to be in CIUDAD JUAREZ for a week. All I can say is she is the best and her assistants always there to answer my questions always very friendly . I loved my experience with them I would recommend them very much. Thanks to them I didn't have to be separated from my family that long because of the incredible waiver they put together for me and my Husband.
