Absolutely the best! My parents have been coming to Mark now for most of my life. So when the time came for me to propose to my now fiancée (she said yes! definitely because of the ring) Mark Schneider was the first and only jeweler I considered.

I'll be honest and say I was a little nervous about the occasion having never looked for rings before, but the super knowledgeable and friendly staff (Mark included) put all that to rest within seconds of entering the store.

That's no exaggeration. Within one minute of arrival, I was sitting in a comfy chair with a complementary craft beer. It was absolutely from start to finish an enjoyable experience.. Really made everything feel even more special and exciting. Truly.

Oh yeah and the ring! His style and craftsmanship are extremely cool and elegant. We got engaged on Lake Como and with everything there was to see on our trip she couldn't stop checking out the ring.

I am so excited about my new custom wedding ring! Mark Schneider’s staff is extremely professional, and made the experience fun & memorable. Having an artist sit down with me and sketch out various ring options was very impressive. The artist sketched various diamond size options, and different layout orientations to achieve the exact look I was looking for. I loved seeing the “shop” where the magic happens. Also, having professional advice all together in one room, really completed the experience. I had my wedding band fixed (it broke on vacation) and two rings from my mother resized. They did incredible work. They are expensive but I knew I could trust their work. I had read so many reviews & horror stories on yelp about other jewelry stores swapping out stones or ruining vintage details by not taking care to preserve the style. I felt really confident leaving my jewelry behind to get repaired & resized and I’m so glad I went with them. You definitely get what you pay for & I have two beautiful vintage rings of my mothers that look perfect. Would recommend their services.

Mark and his team were so welcoming. They provided a level of attention and warmth that can't be replicated at bigger box stores. We worked with Nas to design our engagement ring. Nas was insightful and patient. She walked us through every step and explained how diamonds were graded so we could make the best decision. We chose a 1.5 carat man-made diamond and were happy with the price, especially considering the ring was customized and made to my partner's specifications. Highly recommend based on customer service, quality and price.

6 years ago, I purchased a custom made wedding set for my wife from Mark Schneider Design. It was everything I hoped and expected it would be. Recently 1 of the heart-shaped diamonds was lost from the setting and my wife was devastated. We contacted Mark Schneider and got in contact with Steven Plank. After about a 3-week search Steven was able to locate a PERFECT replacement diamond, and has made the ring look new again.
