Really good customer service! Friendly. Came here after looking at multiple stores. Hate it when staff don't acknowledge you, act like you are not welcome or offer to help (went to shoe stores at Lakewood and Cerritos mall). When I came here it, they greeted me immediately and even helped me pick out a good pair of running shoes. It was refreshing. I'll be back.

i was welcomed :-) and the girl who helped me directed where the shoes with a sense of urgency. they showed me other shoes i was looking at and suggested socks. good customer service! reasonable prices, thank you so much!!!!!!

Super nice staff. Huge selection of shoes for adults kids and toddlers, Vans, Nike, Adidas, Converse, all the top brands and great sale prices. Plus huge selection of flip flops, flats, and heels.

When the mall and WSS didnt have what my brother was looking for we came here as a last option. They had a good variety of ahoes and my brother found his shoes!! We will go here first next time and not run all around Long Beach.. 😜
