Great place to go off the beaten path. A little pricey but the service makes up for it. They genuinely care about your experience and having a great time and enjoying yourself. If you are looking for a change of pace this is a great choice.

A small gem! Great interior design and beautiful back patio. From outside it looks like a dive bar but inside it's a classy bar with high end drinks

We didn't get to try the food, we only had drinks and they were the best drinks I've had all weekend. The old fashioned was delicious and The espresso cocktail was to die for. The bartender is a real pro and we got our drinks super fast. Thank you!

I didn't try food I went on a Friday before 9 and it was packed I didn't even try to get a beer but if I was trying to party I'd go here I just wanted a beer before heading home so don't go on the weekend if that's your plan

Didn't know what to expect from the outside. Bar was a recommendation from a friend. inside is very nice, cozy, nice decor and finishings, clean bathroom that continues the theme, outside patio with heaters. Service was good and no complaints with the drinks. price was very affordable. Would go again.

The drinks were fantabulous, 🍸strong and bold and they came quickly. I had the house old fashioned and it was the best I've had in LA ( and I'm from Wisconsin, so I *know* a good old fashioned 😉) around my boyfriend had an "express yourself" which was soooo yay!!!!

As we were walking in, some guy leaving said "hey, enjoy, horrible service right over there" said points to the bar...but that couldn't have been further from our experience! Bear tender was great and the other patrons were super friendly too!

This place was recommended to us by another bartender at a local restaurant, and we are so glad we checked it out! Highly recommend!!

Really great place and the music is spot on. Was our bartender chatty, nope but damn did he take care of us and we enjoyed his craft cocktails. It’s literally steps from me and I appreciate the detail that went into making this bar!

The music Friday night was awesome... Will definitely return... it felt very safe. Four women together without bothering from unwanted niceties.... cool bar.

LOVE the Grasshopper. Not only are the vibes inside great, but there's also a patio if it gets too hot/loud inside. There's usually really good music/DJ's on the weekends to dance. The drinks are fun and the bartenders are friendly and skilled. Only down side is that it can get really packed on weekend evenings. But if you go on a Monday it's happy hour prices all day and it's usually pretty quiet. I highly recommend!

Diamond in the rough and I mean rough.
Classic throwback to earlier times when cocktails and dancing were a thing.
The soul music was a fantastic touch to an already great atmosphere.
Cant wait to play MY vinyl there.
Parking was easy as well.

What's there to say about this place that Brooks and Dunn haven't said!? I've never been so welcomed to a classy bar like this. Like something out of mad men. The drink menu was out of this world a little bit of everything. Every drink was great one better than the next, the service was on point. They made my family feel right at home, like " part of the family " if you will. Will definitely come back again! This is Thee bar in Long beach.

My wife and I enjoyed the menu of cocktails. Fernando served our drinks with style and pleasant conversation. The Black Mamba was one of my favorites, I suggest you request one. It was a pleasant surprise. I finished the evening with a Grasshopper. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the bar.

New York vibes in Long Beach. Good drinks and music. I recommend their signature drink Grasshopper. Although it’s a proper bar there’s no dress code since it’s so close to the beach. Works for me 🤙

This place is absolutely incredible - they've created classic art deco glamor and found a way to keep it modern and make it fresh!! I'm literally obsessed!! The staff is amazing, as is the ownership! Drinks are as tasty as they are fabulous& prices are almost too reasonable! Really no getting over how great this place is- a true gem!

This place is a hidden gem! Gorgeous interior. It feels like half mountain lodge, half classy midcentury lounge. The drinks themselves are somewhat simple, but incredibly well done. You won't be disappointed. And definitely upgrade the cocktail that has a mezcal option! It's a delicious game changer.

A bar with a good range of layered cocktails, simpler classics and a beer list to keep virtually all palates happy. There's a small dance floor that lights up on Fridays during a live DJ set and the backyard open-air patio is a welcome attraction for bar-hoppers eager to avoid indoor crowds in this era of Covid.
