I think this is an absolute wonderful gym. It really has an old school boxing feel to it. My sons attended the boxing classes and I enjoyed the training they received. Coach Frank and coach Shawn saw that every child got the proper training. There is regular breaks and no child is being pushed over their limits. I enjoyed the professionalism everyone has here. You can’t beat the monthly membership price they have. They sell wraps and gloves. It’s street parking.

A great resource to have in the community. Good assortment of classes with a variety of trainers. They even upgraded this location in 2023 with new flooring, new weight machines, a new ring, etc. The year-long membership I got was also a great deal.

Such a great kickboxing class with John! As a beginner, I felt welcome and suppported from start to finish. Would recommend!

Awesome local gym, you can take diverse classes or/and work out on your own. The team is very friendly and still makes you sweat a lot during the classes.

The gym is also open 7 days a week and is never crowded.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am that I chose this gym. Every coach is so welcoming, positive, and they make the atmosphere completely different than the big gyms. Nobody has their cell phone or doing photo shoots, everyone is willing to help each other and are very supportive. Monthly fee is well worth it for the amount of classes you have access to. I signed up for private instruction with Coach John Santos... He's phenomenal and we are already seeing results in my 3rd week. He's attentive, motivating, and well worth the money spent for the guidance. I'm going 5 days a week, and often stay to work on the things we work on.... Provided I can still move.. lol

It's old school rough around the edges, no egos, no fashion shows or photo ops.... If you're looking to get in shape, go here. TRULY JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.

Love this gym! Great classes in many different disciplines. Everyone is so friendly, you’ll feel right at home whether you’re experienced or brand new.

Love it here!!! Amazing staff, great location, and I love how they make you feel like you're a part of a family. I'd never taken any boxing classes before, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up, but the trainers here helped me throughout the classes. My kids are taking classes as well. How many gyms do you know of, that allow you to bring your kids also? If you're thinking about going in... Do it, don't even hesitate!

The best! A front desk lady is very sweet , a trainer is magnificent! Very detailed, paying attention even that there was around 10-12 people in class . After my first class i felt drained, happy , thirsty and hungry :D . Life became colorful , the food I usually didn’t enjoy much , came out sooo tasty , stress is just died right there during the class :D . Definitely recommend.

Best place in town!! I have bringing my kids to the kids gym class for years and they love it! All coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is very welcoming as well. Coach Kris is very helpful and is always so welcoming with a smile. My kids love this place. We love Long Beach United Boxing Gym!

Hardworx on 4th rocks! The coaches are very knowledgeable in their craft and always willing to help you to hone yours. I've been taking private MMA/BJJ lessons with coach Eugene who teaches many advanced techniques as well as the fundamentals. He has been an amazing coach!

Amazing place, great service, I definitely recommend you to come to this place if you want some good boxing classes and if you want to work out. There are also kids classes. The employees are very nice too.

My son recently started at Long Beach United Boxing, and I’m so pleased with this AMAZING PROGRAM. I searched around to find the perfect environment that would give us a total package of a great coach, nice facility, amazing program, clean environment, each child excited about being there, and I found all that in Long Beach United Boxing🥊. I’ve told all my friends they have children all about this GREAT facility and even posted on IG.
If you’re looking for the perfect year around program for your child starting at age 6, don’t look any further because this is your perfect solution.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have never taken a kickboxing class before and this was the best experience I could have asked for. Emanuel, was knowledgeable, technique oriented and patient. Maya who showed me the ropes and got me geared up was the kindest person ever! Felt like I walked into a family that greeted me with a warm hug after a rough day. I will be back.

Long Beach United is such a great gym! I love learning techniques, and not just throwing punches at a bag. They have real boxers and fighters teaching the classes. It’s the best shape I’ve ever been in, simply from going to the classes a few times a week. It can also teach you self-defense. Love this place and everyone who works there!

This place is awesome. A little bit of everything. Very cool vibe. No ego's. Definitely not your average gym. Better in every way. If you're looking for a really trendy very modern place, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a real place to train and listen to great music at the same time. This place is for you. Don't take my word for it. Go and check it out for yourself.

I hold this place dear to my heart. The teachers are amazing, the facility is clean, and the schedule is ideal! My daughter would box after preschool every day. We moved to Newport Beach but are signing back up for lessons for my daughter this month. I will be joining for classes as well, aside from my monthly gym membership, to pick up some knowledge and shed a little weight.

I just received another compliment about what great shape I’m in, so I thought I should give proper credit to LB United. Today I did the 7 am boxing class with Joseph, and the hour flew by before I realized how hard he worked us. I am not athletic, so I have to concentrate and watch others, but I appreciate how he gives each boxer some individual instruction and encouragement. I just started this summer and have already noticed a big improvement in my skill level and coordination. I recommended it to a friend, and now she’s hooked, too!

Long Beach United has been a friendly gym, members are nice and respectful. The trainers, Isaiah & Eric, are great. Training sessions can be challenging, but that is why we are there, work harder.

I love everything about this place , I go every day and 9 am and the different trainers do different workouts, if you want to be sore in a good way sign up
