I used this store to sell my vehicle on my return home country. It was open as usual without any effects from the corona and had good sanitation. The staff's explanation about the appraisal price was easy to understand and I signed it after I was convinced.

Very kind staffs and excellent service. Although this is the first time I own my car, I didn’t feel any anxious thanks to their support. They suggested reasonable options for me and explained the details well. Also, pick-up service from home was very helpful for me.

Highly recommend this place!! The staff is nothing but courteous to help me through the process of selling my car. They offered a great service with Japanese high standards. I first visited this place a year ago but decided to hold my car for a year longer. The manager I spoke with at that time demonstrated a great hospitality and made me want to come back a year later. Even if the staff changed, they still did not disappoint me on the level of service they provided. Gulliver kept the professionalism and it’s proud culture! Thank you thank you!!!

Great customer service here! The staff was very nice and helpful to sell my car. For COVID, they are very careful and set pretty high standards for safety. They checked the customers temperature as they entered the store and clean everything the customers need to touch. Overall we had a great time experience:-)

All the staffs there were gentle. They have cleaned up the car again before delivery of the vehicle and maintenance for each parts were well-kept. Otsuka-san came all the way to my home for the delivery. This was my second car. I should've purchased the first one there! Highly recommended to visit.

They listen to your requests and give you many options, never trying to push you into a decision, but guiding you in the direction that you are wanting to go. Our first time going with this company but it will definitely not be our last - we highly recommend this to anyone looking for a car/truck/SUV/van - they have many options and will be helpful, patient, and will go out of their way to make sure you find what you are looking for. Definitely feel their customary Japanese way of taking care of the customer here, and providing excellent and honest customer service with compassionate hospitality - all traits that are hard to find in today’s world. I sold a mini van at Gullier last week. The Staff was very kind and professional. It took me within an hour everything was done! Very quick, and easy. And I get paid through a wire transfer which I really liked! I higherly recommend anybody who wants to sell a car.

I bought a Honda Odyssey last week from Otsuka-san who was very professional. and then, I was very thankful they brought it to Irvine at night even if busy season. Since as much as faster I wanted to get it. Gulliver's staff was very professional. For Japanese expatriates, it is very difficult to understand and confirm the complicated procedures in English. Because It's very attractive to be able to listen to Japanese explanation and to receive fine services as the same as Japan. Moreover, it is not bad even in terms of price, compared with Carmax etc. Specially used car in USA is not good sometimes, but There are so many cars Japanese expatriate used. It is not bad. 5 years ago, I bought 2 cars which are FX35 of Infinity and Highlander of Toyota in Los Angeles. It was nice too. In Japan, I sold Freed of Honda. I really trust them so much. Now I am considering one more car which would be European, maybe German car. Manager Otsuka-san have very good knowledge about this. It is also very good for me.
