IShabu Shabu

Came here on a Thursday and got seated quickly within an hour before closing. There was construction so it was a bit hard to find. Favorite broth was the tonkotsu. Was surprised it was vegetarian but creamy. The meats were also good with generous portions. Really friendly service.

My wife, myself, and baby came here on a Tuesday night. Ordered 2 signature cuts and it was delicious! Service was exceptional. Great portions and we were stuffed. Coming back soon!!

One of the best (remaining) shabu places in South Bay. We love coming here for the intimate atmosphere, great service, fresh veggies and meats. Overall this is a good place to do shabu-style meal. A little pricey, then again shabu is almost always pricey. The more bargain shabu-style joints around here went under during Covid. Warning, as there can be a long wait to get seated here during busy times.

This is my first time to eat shabu shabu and since many of resto are closed and this is the only close place that is open so we check it out. We celebrated my sister in law’s birthday here and we were not disappointed, good food and service. The server explained to us the menu and even how to make sauce. Friendly staff and clean facility. I would definitely come back to this place.

Had an amazing dining experience at ishabu shabu. Ordered premium Japanese A5 wagyu beef and a number of premium cuts. I’d go back in a heartbeat when in the area.

This restaurant totally nail with Japanese style. Japanese are famous on their detail and attentive, I can feel it fr their service, food, and environment. Would love to visit again if I come to LA.

I love the Shubu shabu restaurant! I highly recommend the Japanese A5 Wagyu beef and the US Kobe signature cut.

O.m.g. The hot pot here is incredible! I've been to a LOT of hot pots, across the nation, and so far this has been my favorite! The broth is perfect! They have a great selection of meat and vegetarian options, so everyone will be happy. The dipping sauces are superb.

The service could have been a smidge more attentive, it wasn't busy the evening we were there, yet it seemed to take forever to get our food (most hot pots get the broth to you pretty quickly).

Other than that though, I highly recommend this place.

The broth is delicious! My experience was good and the waiter was helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions.

My family loves that a new Shabu restaurant opened up in our area and we've already been 3 times. Quality meat, great helpful staff and good food/attitudes all around. I've been eating Shabu for years and never tried the Sukiyaki broth before but now it's my favorite. Check this place out!

Best Shabu in South Bay! One of the best I've had in southern California. Staff is super nice and they remember you when you go back. Food is excellent, it's just a good spot. Go for lunch or on Wednesday night's for specials. But anytime is good

Great place went with four friends and I've never been before ..I loved it

This was the second time I've gone to IShabu Shabu and the fabulous experience I had the first time was not a one off. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service is top notch. The food is presented so beautifully it's almost a shame to dump it in soup broth. the meat and seafood was very fresh as were the incredible variety of vegetables. I loved the mushroom medley and the baby bok choy the best with the tofu and squash being a close second. I highly recommend this place.

We opted to share a single pot expecting to whet our appetites and were pleasantly surprised that they continually offered to add broth and guaged the temperature throughout our visit until we were too full to continue. The food, staff, knowledge, atmosphere presented and hygiene were all top notch. It was pretty empty but we had a blast! Easiest five stars I've ever given.

Some of the best food I've ever had. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. With so many different combinations of broth and protein it's a great place to stop by more than once or go with a group.

OMG!! WHAT AN AWESOME PLACE!! We drove by several times before we gave it a try.. and so glad we did!! The food is INCREDIBLE!! On our 2nd visit right now and am so excited!! Such fresh veges!! And great quality on all the proteins! Service is great, and did I mention the view? Give it a try!!

It was my first time going to a shabu shabu restaurant and this place was phenomenal. They offer a great selection of meats and seafood so I tried their prime, kobe, and salmon 3-choice combo and it was amazing. The servers were incredibly helpful in offering suggestions and explaining the different broths. I tried the sukiyaki and loved it. They even provide free ice cream. Definitely going back!

Second time here! We are crazy about the food! My son is in love with the Shabu ! Service is consistently great and we will keep on coming back here. The staff is helpful and friendly and this time I want to thank John for his assistance and Lumi! What a treasure to find this place :)
