I have had a bad experience at another windsor location and was dreading going. However, the employees at this location at Del Amo Mall were very helpful and kind. I needed a bridesmaid type of dress, and being 2 months pregnant, they were able to order both sizes just in case one didn't fit. I didn't have to be scrambling to find another one somewhere else. I bought the dresses 3 weeks before the wedding they arrived within 3 days of ordering.

I called 1 time and someone picked up my phone call. The girl who helped me was super sweet, super nice, and helped me find the dress I needed in a good amount of time. Unlike Lakewood the Windsor here is great.

I had an amazing time! A worker, Maddie, helped me find a last minute outfit in under 15 minutes! Even when they were closing she didn’t rush or become rude, super helpful and amazing!

I come to this Windsor store at least once a week. Staff is always very friendly, store is clean and organized. I am always able to find what I want, their clothes are great💕

All the girls greeted me at the door, they all were super helpful and super friendly, I especially want to thank Irma who was super super helpful in the fitting room and Giselle as well! I will def be going back!
