Highly recommended. Took Food manager class in Fullerton location. Our instructor, Donny Yoo, did a great job of going over the material, and training the class on how to take the exam. Wasn't bored and was fully engaged with his teaching style. 95% of the class passed I believed. Definitely use Premiere food safety for your manager and food handlers certification.

The instructor has a very positive attitude and knows his material very well... After the review session I felt more than certain that I was going to pass!
