This place is awesome! The staff are all very friendly, the car wash itself gets the job done, the workers at the end of the line that meticulously dries the car, along with the free vacuums is just what I need to make my day!

Not bad for the price plus there’s free vacuum service and they’re right there to help you if you need assistance. I got the $11 car wash and my car looked just as good as don’t of these $17 car washes. The only thing is that the stalls are so close to each other for vacuum service. You may bump into your neighbor vacuuming.

I went to Pacific Express car wash yesterday for a quick nice wash. Upon arriving the gentleman that handled my transaction was friendly and offered great customer service and I ended up getting the $11 wash since he nicely explained each wash to me and which wash is best. I was very satisfied with how well my car was well cleaned and the dryer took his time drying my car as well. While the dryer was done I noticed they have free vacuums for us customers to vacuum our cars, I think that’s amazing and such a bonus that we don’t have to pay for it. The area was well clean and I just really enjoyed my visit here because I was very satisfied with both of the cashier and dryers customer service and was happy with how nice and clean my car was for only $11!!! If your in Long Beach, you have to stop by and check this place out.

Truly A+ service! The manager and his staff do such a great job! I love it, because I can get it get out and get home, it's not like the typical hand wash services, where you're waiting an hour to get your car back. I will definitely return!!!

Friendly staff, good wash and strong vacuums. Usually I have to go thru some washes twice because I have a white. But one wash did the trick, and my car was really muddy from the rain.

I go here often to get my car washed. The machine does a pretty good job. They have someone who will dry your vehicle and when its not to busy, he does a good job, if its busy, you get the fast run down.

The vacuums are very powerful and get the job done. They have a machine where you can purchase an air freshener.

For a quick wash, this place is great. It isn't touchless, so there's a risk of scratches. If your car is also really dirty (tree sap, bugs, etc) it won't get the job done. They do a quick wipe down, though, of the outside and inside, and they have free vacuums. For the price, it is a great little spot for a wash.

They do a good job. The parking lot is full most of the time and the price ranges from 6 to 8 dollars. They even hand dry the car for you. The employees are very friendly. Can't go wrong for the price.

My car wash from now on. Automatic car wash, then they wipe your car dry including wiping your side glasses in and out, mirrors, door interiors. Then plenty of FREE vacuum bays are available to self vacuum your car. For six dollars... please tip the guys. They close slightly earlier in the winter, like 5:30.

This is my number one car wash it is always up to date it never lacks anything from soap all the way down I get help from the staff and the vacuum cleaner is always free

I wish they had the $20 car Wash like some places where you can go pay $20 they give you the highest wash they have and have somebody come clean out your car very good and clean my tires other than that they're good

One of the sweetest places to get your car washed their one of the most busiest but the people that work there always have a smile on their face the owners are incredibly sweet

Car wash car washes great it's cheap and you wash it every week and you vacuum and then you can always go back to the business at the car wash place and get a car wash and enjoy and is like plenty of it you know you could always get the same for $6 is very great very perfect please recognize very nice yeah please all day $6

I been coming to this car wash for years, yes I have seen things other dont and I'll explain it out for you... I seen people getting so close to the orange rail near the entrance that they ruin their own rims, even tho the employees guide them away from the rain they go so close you can hear the hub caps crack, I blame the drives, I usually go all wide and nothing happens, in fact I line up perfect with the conveyor system
The vacuum yes they added a new sign saying "No Vacuum Only" I understand other vacuum only and ruin it for honest people, if you want to vacuum first just pay for your wash, vacuum and then wash it, or if not wash your car first and then vacuum, it's that's simple
I owe 3 different color cars, black is the worst one but everytime I wash my car here no issues or scratches, I'm sure some don't notice the scratch prior to washing their car, that's one of the reason they check the cars and tape any loose parts but seriously know your cars
Yes the employee they can be quiet, but it's a business I'm sure they take their job serious and making sure everything is going well, I'm sure saying how's their day going won't hurt

Cheap easy and they have somebody wipe me down the cars as you leave!
