Not enough good things to say about this shop. Stocking the best camping and overlanding equipment is one thing, the service is another. Curt is so quick to respond and took care of a rooftop tent remount job and made it sure it was done right. Would 100% come back for any thing related to our rig!

Curt at GTFOverland is the man! Exceptional van builder, experienced traveler, and all around great guy to chat with and get advice from. Curt has a great amount of experience and offers that in both his ability to outfit your vehicle himself, or provide product recommendations for you to be able to outfit your own. GTFOverland has items in stock that I have had issues getting shipped due to the Covid-19, and the shipping delays, so the store has been a godsend in getting me last minute gear in time for my last couple of trips.

I have made it a point to drive the 30 mins south (50 mins w/ traffic) just to support them. It's so important to support your local businesses, especially outdoor outfitters like these who are few and far between.

Happy to have found my new go to overland shop, these guys are friendly and knowledgeable, all while providing installation and services that are hard to find.

They did an amazing job installing a rack system in the back of my rig, and did it in a timely manner all while I got to check out their cool new store set up.

If you are into Offroad vehicles stop by this shop, you won’t be disappointed.

I live in WA, and I received absolutely solid customer service from these guys over the phone, Chris and Curt (I believe that’s what I heard LOL). I purchased a pre-order Darche swag that wasn’t going to arrive until mid December, but then realized I need it sooner. They made the transaction to change my order to something in stock and ready to ship smooth as butter. They seem very passionate about the work that they do, so I’ll definitely be coming back to them for anything else in the future.

The time: The day before a daring adventure.

The mission: drive from LA to the Grand Canyon during a pandemic without stopping.

The problem: I'd ordered necessary supplies from a certain nationwide retailer (rhymes with Glamazon) and they were late. I'd waited for more than a week and there was still no ETA. With a one year old and a wife, being on the edge of some of the most beautiful yet inhospitable environs in the world without adequate supplies was not a good look.

Enter GTFOverland: not only did they have what I needed, but the owners helped me install a brand spanking new and actually functional roof rack on the spot at the store and guided me towards other great supplies.

The result: my puny mall crawler, once an oddity emerged from its cocoon to become the envy of all we encountered along the trail. Wife and baby had a great time. GTFOverland has a customer for life.

I have ordered half dozen times of many bulky items past few weeks alone and I find myself keep coming back to them for their service, availability and selection of items, and speed in taking care of customers.

Curt, you are the man.

I had a father son trip planned, so I purchased an ARB awning but no one had the mounts I needed for my Baja Rack. I called Baja Rack in San Diego but even they didn’t have it in stock. Called all the stores I knew of, no luck.

It’s Sunday night (leaving Wednesday morning) and a friend recommended GTFO. I look them up and they said closed Mon & Tues. I said what the heck and gave them a call Monday morning. To my surprise Curt picks up and says he has the part. Brother let me get the item even though they were closed. Thanks Curt. Everyone, you need to check out GTFO. Super down to earth, knowledgeable and cool guy. 4 thumbs up!

Shop has some great floor displays that show how things work as well as some items that I have not seen elsewhere, add that to the friendly and knowledgeable staff making it a great place to pick up some new gear or drop off a vehicle to have a roof rack installed.

Over the top customer service. I purchased a Sunflare Xplor solar panel, and the support from GTFOverland was the best I have had from a company, period. Buy from these folks.

I have a 79’ VW Riviera Camper Bus that since the day I got it needed some of its original electrical work replaced but I always put it off and dealt with the random issues that came up with it when glamping. That’s until the water pump went out the last time we took it out for a trip. After some networking I was referred to Curt at GTFOverland since other than some RV repair shops there’s not many people that advertise working on the interior of VW Camper Vans. Curt was very friendly and had me bring in the van. Since I was going to have him change out the water pump, I brought up the electrical work I had been putting off and other interior cosmetic revamps that I never got around to doing. Curt knocked all of the fixes in a timely manner and I couldn’t be more happy with the work and his shop. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for anything glamping, camping or live in vehicle.

Just purchased and installed the Baja Rack Utility Rack and the Baja Ladder on my 4Runner by Curt at GTFOverland. Curt did an awesome job installing and providing the best customer service. Definitely going to come back for my other overland needs!

Ordered online a Step 22 Pangolin Tool Roll to help keep things organized when on the go. Great website and product descriptions including multiple pics to help me feel good about what I'm purchasing without having to cross reference on other sites. Easy checkout, shipped quickly and quality product. 10/10 would shop here again.

I don’t write many reviews and am not easily impressed that said. This place is great lots of gear for Overland and camping. But the people and knowledge they have is by far the best thing about GTFOverland if you are like me and don’t know where to start go here. They also rent equipment so that’s cool too.

I went to GTFOverland to have my auxiliary lights re-wired. Curt did a top notch job and the workmanship exceeded my exceptions. If you’re in the market for off road equipment or gear or need electrical work done (like me) don’t hesitate to visit them. Thanks again Curt!

Finally, someone you can completely trust who is honest and incredibly knowledgable and does great quality work....it doesn't get any better and it's worth any distance of driving to work with Curt. He's a bright spot in life for sure and he is definitely the guy to work with for any camping, overland, van/camper accessory / conversion needs. I feel so fortunate to have found him.

Awesome people that work there me and my family met one of the guys that work there in his black jeep rubicon 2door guys was great helpful we where up in the San Bernardino mountains Saturday March 18th 2023 he was with his buddy dametry we helped him change a tire on dametrys f150 white definitely gonna check these guys at there shop in long Beach

Sooo excited to have Texino and Curt in my neighborhood. He and his team are amazing, I took my 76 VW Westfalia to him and he changed out my water tank and replaced my water pump, great communicator and great work! I would recommend him to anyone with their camper needs and I will be going back

Love this store. We buy all our camping gear from here. Our vehicle is fit out with gear bought from GTFOverland - Hard Korr Lighting and Solar Mat, Area BFE Tent, Snomaster fridge, Tembotusk Skottle, Kovea Chairs, Front Runner storage, the list goes on. Already got a list of what we're getting next
