Holiday Inn Los Angeles Gateway - Torrance, an IHG Hotel

Rooms are kind of small, well I think they just put to much furniture inside. The bed was comfortable. They did have black out drapes and a mini fridge which is nice. Staff was nice. Felt very safe at this property

Our stay was great. Jessie was very nice and helpful while checking in. The staff were always available while we have questions during our stay. The rooms are outdated but she informed us they will be renovating in the upcoming months. We look forward in seeing the renovated rooms when they are done.

Such an amazing experience at this hotel. Great service and overall super satisfied. This is one the best hotels I have ever seen and stayed at. I will be definitely booking again and letting family and friends know about this location. The staff are just amazing and can’t forget about how clean and organized the rooms were.Thank you so much for all the patience and help you all gave me I appreciate everyone of you!

Me and my partner stayed for our anniversary. Though the rooms were outdated. The staff made the trip amazing. A special thanks to Jesse for making this trip memorable. She is a wonder front desk manager. What a great asset to the company.

I had a great stay. I only did stay 1 night but the front desk was very friendly and informative about the amenities. The rooms are outdated but I was told they will be undergoing renovations soon. I look forward to my next stay.

We were a little disappointed in the rooms and how outdated they were, but the manager Jesse was very accommodating and offered us different options to make up for the rooms being outdated. They will be going through renovations soon and we will definitely stay again once the rooms are updated.

We enjoy staying here. It is comfortable, safe, friendly and the room rate is good. Parking is always available. When we are in Torrance, we are out most of the day and we enjoy the cozy and clean rooms at night.

We stay here every month due to my parents being here. As usual the rooms need updating but Jesse the manager upgraded our room and made our stay an even more enjoyable one. We will continue to stay here.

Location was perfect away from busy roads but close to fwy and 17min from Hermosa beach. Food was fresh, bar made great drinks, very clean throughout. Staff were very attentive. Rooms were clean beds and pillows made you feel so comfortable we had great night sleep. I would recommend this Location. Thank you Holiday Inn!

Stayed one night while traveling for business. Recognized my diamond elite status perks. Enjoyed a King Size room, a great breakfast buffet, the pool was a bit cold and hot tub was small and not the hottest but it worked. Front desk lady Geraldine was very helpful (and cute) 😁 Was able to park my pickup truck and trailer around back. Only downside was price but it’s Cali so it’s all expensive

Alyssa is helpful, sincere and overall lovely. She helped me change rooms after a spider bite and also had her manager Julio Moo reach out to me about my experience. She is courteous, professional and super helpful. Julio is caring and professional and made sure that he helped get me squared away. Next time I'm in town for business I will be back to stay with them again.

Nice place, rough neighborhood, lots of homeless. Pool not heated and Jacuzzi broken. Workout room in dire need of maintenance.

Staff was very friendly and informative. The rooms could use some TLC as they are outdated but for the most part enjoyed my stay.

Stayed Oct 13th through the 15th front desk was very helpful nice and polite but Saturday Morning for Breakfast me and my 2 children went down for breakfast and was treated very rudely by one of the waitresses she passed us by many times not serving our drinks huffing and puffing....we asked her for she was very rude to my son. We just paid the bill and left ....Everyone and Everthing else was Great and helpful......

Second time staying here, very clean and modern Holiday inn with a nice pool and view. Feels very secure too.

Awesome Hotel! Alyssa was so helpful and made our experience wonderful! This hotel is a great price and in a great area if you are traveling with an awesome pool, 13 miles from downtown and great food! Will be back! Again i cant thank Alyssa enough for going above and beyond for us!

Better than most Holiday Inn 's. Rooms were very good size.

I really like staying here when I'm in the LA area. Great rooms, plus great view from the top floors, great customer service as well. Safe parking lot, yeah you have to pay but overall I really like staying here. If you're on vacations or just business wise then come check them out.

Excellent staff. Room is clean and laid out nicely. The restaurant has nice selections and the bar is very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were spacious, and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. The lobby was beautiful 🤩 with the fountain and koi.
The dinner was phenomenal. I loved all the dishes we tried. It was a small menu but delicious.
We will eventually be back.

My suggestions:
1. Please remodel the halls. They stink of old cigarettes.
2. If you could throw a fence around the back mound of grass for the dogs to be let off the leash. It would be an awesome help to the pet parents staying there.
3. Stock more types of cereal (lobby, restaurant, store). My picky 5 yo hated frosted flakes 😆.
