Country Hills Animal Clinic

Our Veterinarian of many years retired. We were in a panic, but our Vet highly recommended Dr Cassidy at Country Hills. We take both our 14 yr old dog and our new kitten to Country Hills. Service has always been excellent along with a friendly and helpful staff.

Dr. Cassidy has helped us immensely in navigating the care of our diabetic dog. She has fit us in when there has been an issue, and checks in with us to make sure any changes have worked well. Though her office has moved, I will continue to drive 30 minutes for her comprehensive, kind care.

Dr. Cassidy took great care of our last dog, who was diabetic. She monitored his progress and responded almost daily to his blood sugar readings which I emailed to her daily. When we got our latest dog, we returned to Dr. Cassidy for the same great care, which she has provided him. We recommend her without reservation and with the highest praise.

I have been bringing my beloved dogs - at this point 5! - since 1988 and would never consider going anywhere else. The entire staff is caring, knowledgeable, professional and I've never had a dog that was fearful of going there - they enter the office as if they're going to a party! They now are at a different location, but it doesn't matter that my commute increased by 50% - wherever they are, I will drive the distance to have that outstanding care!

My dog is 14 years old and we've never experience that much care. From the beginning great experience. My dog needed a surgery and now he's fine and happy to be healthy

Excellent clinic, wonderful and caring doctors and techs. I searched the nearest vet after my pup got stung by a bee, and they helped me straight away. I brought in my pup within the next hour and they took such great care of him AND me. The two techs who helped us were patient and professional with my dog, Dr Elliot was compassionate and acted quickly. The vet tech Joyce was so calm and collected which was just what I needed because I was so worried about my dog. She took kind and gentle care of him, and he was on the mend and back in my arms in no time. It was affordable, fast, and above all friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be our regular vet now! Country Hills came highly recommended for my 4 lbs dog who needed to be spayed. I was worried going under general anesthesia would be too much for her but the vet assured me they would use special monitoring instruments and heating pads to keep her safe during the procedure. Other vets I spoke to told me they would not do anything special or different for my tiny dog because it was unnecessary. I don’t know what the actual medical needs are, maybe I was being paranoid but the point is, Country Hills understands that our pets are precious family members and addressing the anxieties of the human patients are as important as treating the animals.

I have been taking my little Calico Cat to Country Hills since I adopted her 12 years ago. They have been the best and they keep her healthy and up to date on all her needs. The staff is wonderful and like family. They take such awesome care of my little one. =)

I've been taking my dogs to Country Hills Animal Hospital for years, a testament in itself to my absolute satisfaction with the care they receive there. The staff are invariably friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. They treat my pets like their own. Dr. Cassidy is an excellent veterinarian and runs an excellent clinic.

Love this place, they’re very thorough when taking a look at your dog, they’re also really nice and have almost no wait time when you arrive for your appointment. My dog is now back to being his normal self, and back to work as a service dog.

Excellent vet practice! We saw Dr Elliot, who was able to diagnose a condition in my dog that our old vet missed for the last 12 years!

Over the years, I have experienced several veterinarian clinics. Country Hills in Torrance, California has been one of the best. The staff is courteous and efficient and most important, the vets are outstanding. Their training is excellent, they truly care about their patients, they follow through on the needs of the patient and are available by phone when necessary. The office is consistently clean. It is a true pleasure to write this review; I recommend them without reservation.

We have been using Country Hills for 2+ years with our 2 cats. The service is always great. The team is professional and courteous, and they recently introduced the ability to book appointments online - which is awesome. Dr. Elliot is amazing. She takes the time to listen and truly cares for our cats' well being. We wouldn't take our cats to anyone else.

I have been taking my two dogs to Country Hills Animal Clinic for several years. I feel comfortable in saying that I have complete confidence in the care I receive from each of the vets. I am always given options to treatment when available and consideration of cost. I have never felt that the clinic is overpriced or that care is compromised. The vets are caring and give me the time I need to understand and make decisions about my dog's treatment. I find the vet techs to be competent and caring and the front office staff is always helpful . I am so happy that I found a clinic that is personable and makes a point to connect with me about my dogs.

We have been taking our cats and dogs to Country Hills Animals Clinic for almost two decades. We absolutely love and trust all three vet doctors and staff. Dr. Cassidy even came to our house when we had to put our beloved bulldog down due to lymphoma. Her treatment extended his life by 7 months when his prognosis was only 2 months (and cost a mere fraction of the price quoted to us by a canine oncologist). I can't say enough about how much their care and support means to us. I highly recommend you take your fur babies to Country Hills Animals Clinic.

Our previous Vet diagnosed our dog w diabetes and lacked in service, communication and care for our pup. We were referred by Marilyn and made an appointment. Dr Elliott listened to us, reviewed our notes and believed in what we were doing. She was compassionate and understanding and we felt heard. That is what mattered most!!! So thankful we found her and she is now our pups Vet. The staff is awesome and friendly.

I have been going to Country Hills for 20 years with so many different dogs for various issues. The vets and staff are so friendly and informative. I love the “homey” feel of this clinic.

Country Hills Animal Clinic has taken care of our dog for his entire 17 years. They provided excellent diagnoses for all of his ailments. We can wholeheartedly say that he had such a long and wonderful life because of Dr. Tong and the staff at the practice.
We had to euthanize our dog recently and Dr. Tong prepared us for the procedure. She and the staff treated him and us with such respect and compassion.

I highly recommend Dr. Elliott. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate! I recently had to have a tumor removed from my dog and she was very skilled in removing it. I’ve been going to her for years and just love her and all the staff! They fit you in emergencies, they are competent and they follow up after procedures to see how my pet is doing. I can’t thank them enough!
