I came here to help my friend look for a ring to propose. The manager Lita was great. She made the process so easy and painless. Needless to say I wouldn't go anywhere else they make you feel at home and like family.

I come here all the time for all my jewelry needs the manager lita and her office girl Amanda are great. Never will go anywhere else.

Barely customer service here. I'm still waiting for my ring I sent to get fixed a month ago.

Bought my wedding set with them at Main Place mall when they went under the name Romano Jewelers and suddenly one day they were EVICTED from that mall. They changed their name to Branden & Co. Jewelers and popped up in Buena Park. Have been taking my wedding set monthly to get inspected. July 2021 a diamond fell off (not the first time) so I left my ring with them and now they disappeared and have my ring. Per mall management they have not paid their rent. I should have seen all the red flags. Horrible place!!! I just want my wedding ring back!!!!!!!

Terrible. No one has responded to us in months. My engagement ring setting is bent and a small diamond fell out. My wedding is in May. This is the second time this has happened. No responses on email, no responses on voicemails.. nothing. The mall management can't even get a hold of them. It's really sad this is how they treat their customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Horrible quality. Bought an engagement ring for my then-fiancée. A year later one of the diamonds fell out. Took it back to them for repair. They told us it would be ready in a week Two weeks went by finally received a call it was ready. When I went to go pick it up they couldn’t find it and had no idea where it was. A week later they finally located it. About a month later the same diamond fell out again and shortly after that a second diamond has fallen out. My wife has only had this ring for less than two years there is no way it should be falling apart like this in that short of a time period and now the store is temporarily closed so there is no telling when it can be repaired yet again

Such a disappointment!

My boyfriend purchased a ring for me at one of their sister stores and after he gifted the ring to me we had to go back to the store to resize it since it was not the right size for me. We took it to the sister store for resizing back in December 1st and they said we would get it back in 1-2 weeks. Almost 3 weeks went by and still no phone call so we called back and no answer. We then got in contact with this location and they told us they had closed the other place but no one had informed us of this. My boyfriend went to this location to try and get the ring back but they said they knew nothing of it. My boyfriend had to go through the process of re ordering my ring and now it has been almost two weeks and every time we call to ask when the new ring will be ready they say they do not have an answer or that they will call us back on a certain day and never do. Terrible customer service!

The ring my boyfriend gifted me was supposed to be a special moment for us but instead it has turned into an unnecessary problem, think twice before going here! I try to always give positive reviews but our experience with this store has been nothing but a letdown.

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!! Dont shop here. The girl Joy will act all nice & caring just to get your business. We were told 90 days to pay off without interest, when we called finance company they stated it was not written in the contract. When I called to speak to her she could care less what I was talking about. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I TAKE MY BUSINESS THERE.

If I could give this store negative reviews I would.

My husband bought a necklace for me at a sister location that closed without warning. This location was the closest to us, so we went here to exchange our necklace and express how disappointed that no one warned us that the other location was going to close that carried more of a selection. The manager, Ray, said “we close and open stores all the time without warning.” This is normal to them. I would never purchase a jewelry piece at a location that I knew would close and be unable to exchange something. It’s bad business!!! Stay away and purchase from a business you know will remain open and is looking to please their customers.

Dont go here they will lie and say you received your jewelry and have credit people tax you!!! I never got my gold!! And Acima is charging me still

Horrible horrible business ethic and customer service.
Never answer the phone and call goes to personal mailbox always full .
Their price for quality is a joke and customer service is even worse .
Hopefully people read reviews and stay away from this business. No more victims.
