A New Me

Here is the letter of gratitude I wrote to my coach Lance on New Year's Day 2020.
I decided to post it here, as it is truly the way I feel about my experience.

Happy new Year Lance!
I just want to tell you that coming into a new year where my number one goal wasn't to lose weight was so refreshing, there are simply no words.
I'm doing so well, have lost another 10 pounds since I saw you last and feel so wonderful and free from the weight burden.
To see my sister thriving and enjoying the way she feels and looks also brings me very deep joy. She was so incredibly successful on your program... of course!
You are a fantastic coach, a wonderful person and have given me a precious gift.

This program really works, but you do have to commit to doing it (it's only as good as what you put in). To me it's the closest thing to a "magic pill" as you can get (because there is no such thing), but if you stick to the protocol while you are on the shots, it really does target those problem areas (for me, thighs, arms and stomach) and gets rid of those inches. I lost almost 30 lbs in 2 months, and have kept it off for 7 months so far, and don't plan on gaining it back. I've been in "real life" mode for the last 4 months and even with multiple vacations in there, I've been able to keep it off. Lance and Gigi are great but YOU really need to understand why you are doing this and what you are willing to do. You don't want to just do it for a quick fix and go back to gaining weight. It will work but the key is changing your mentality about what you are eating and why you are eating it. I worried that I wasn't going to be able to eat anything I loved anymore, but you just learn what your body will let you eat and what it won't, and what it does to your weight. There are still times that I wish I could eat like I used to, but I don't ever feel like I'm depriving myself of any joy in eating. It's all about choices, and they really help you identify why you are eating what you are eating and if you keep that in mind, it's a really successful program. It is strict in the beginning, but it REALLY WORKS wonders. It's the only program that has not just been a quick fix for me and the speed of the results really kept me going throughout the protocol.

I highly recommend A New Me for anyone looking to quickly and safely loose weight. I lost 35 pounds in 2 rounds of HCG and gained about 7 pounds back over the course of 1 year following due to overeating - my own fault... but the overall net loss was almost 30 pounds over 1 year - definitely good results. The diet works and it did not crash my metabolism afterward. The calorie restriction was not easy but when followed correctly, the weight loss is staggering. Gigi was very helpful in all her recommendations for my program; the office is impeccably clean and beautiful, the staff all very courteous and friendly. They also offer supplementary services including B12 and other weight loss injections at reasonable prices, facial products, botox, and other items. Loved it.

The HCG product is amazing. It curbs appetite so well that you sometimes forget you haven't eaten!!! In the beginning 2 lbs to 3lbs a day for 1st week then a consistent 1 lb a day there after. The program works if you are consistent and follow the prescribed diet. If you are serious , then this is a perfect program to drop those extra pounds. But you must be diligent about not eating food not on plan!!!!

Lance is amazing. He's taught me new eating habits where I've learned to keep the weight off. I've lost 30 lbs with his guidance and couldn't be happier!

I was at my worse health and weight in my life. A friend told me about this lifestyle change and it changed my life for the best. The weight fell off, my energy came back, my liver levels were normal. I had another child since and I am going back to gain my health once again.

This is a fabulous program run by fantastic folks. You cannot do better than A New Me, if you are serious. They will show you how to work it successfully and keep it under control after you are off the program.

Gigi and Lance are the best!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be back with you in 2 weeks.......This is the ONLY WAY for me to loose the weight!!!
