The staff was Awesome! Dr. Santos and Johnny were great! My daughter is 7 and felt comfortable for her consultation. Was thankful for being informed regarding the phases of treatments, price and risk all were explained. The only thing I would complain was the waiting time but was informed they are short staffed. Johnny made up for it and is a great addition to the office he was multi-tasking the back office, receiving payments, booking appointments. So far we are well pleased with the services rendered.

We were very happy with our experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful in explaining each step, coordinating scheduling, and walking us through all cost details. I was always able to be with daughter through each appointment and engage in direct conversation with the doctor. Office hours were also always flexible for my work schedule and they send text message reminders which work perfectly for me since I'm rarely available to pick up a call with my work schedule.

Everyone in the office is friendly and respectful. Very professional environment eventhough they are super busy at all times, the employees are always with a smile and ready to help. The office is always clean and organized. Their scheduling reminders are helpful to keep up with the appointments. Great job you guys !!

Children's happy braces was awesome! Dr. Yousefi is excellent, and very nice. The office is super nice, clean, and all the staff have been helpful and very responsive. His assistant Dee is great! Very good, very fast, and super nice. This is the second time I've had braces, once as a child, and now as an adult. This experience was so much better! It was painless, appointments are very quick, it has been great. My son has also had his braces through CHT, and we had a great experience with him also. My other son and daughter will also be going to them in the next year for their braces. I would highly recommend them. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experience here has been a positive one for both my son and myself. They explain everything to my son before they do it. Talk him through every procedure and make him feel comfortable.
When dealing with me and financial aspects they give me options and I never feel pressured. I don't feel as if they are pushing unnecessary procedures or items.
I've been very happy with the dental technician D. He is extremely kind to us both.

This office has friendly staff who work great with children. They even have snacks for hungry siblings! They work with you to accommodate your needs in every situation. I visited several orthodontist offices and they wanted to rush things, I didn't feel comfortable. This place felt more genuine and concerned with my autistic son's well being. They worked great with both children even they younger sister just waiting.

6 years there and it starts becoming like a home away from home, there was times when it was painful and there where times when it was fun. Overall i had a good time and it's a memory that I won't forget, the day I got my braces removed a lady named Rosa help me out and made the process quick and easy so thanks. I know I would recommend this place 100% and trust that they with give you a smile you won't regret in the end.

Happy Braces is the best orthodontic option I could have found for my son. All staff are impecably professional, attentive, and all together provide excellent service. They thoroughly review all information including payment and treatment and do their best to ensure you understand the process. The person applying the braces did and excellent job with my son. He was very patient, reassuring, and explained every tool and step in the process to my 9 year old son. It gives me a great feeling to hear son walk out of here saying "Mom, I love this place!". Thank you to all the staff for making the experience of getting braces an enjoyable one for our children. I recommend this facility to all parent looking for orthodontic services.

We love this place!! We have a great experience every time we come! I have 6 kids and we’ve been coming here for years. Having the dentist downstairs and the orthodontist upstairs is so convenient. Everyone is so friendly and my kids love coming.

The staff and orthodontist are very kind, professional, patient and very thorough!! The office made it easy to pay for two kids to have braces at the same time. Getting an appointment is easy and the waiting time is not long at all. I highly recommend this office to anyone!!

I came here for my 10 years old child. The first visit was an evaluation exam. The dr explained to me my child's case and went over the treatment plan.
The dr is very kind and knowledgeable, the staff are caring and skilled. Very organized and clean place.

The back office staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are very gentle and explain everything to us. The front office staff makes it very easy to schedule appointments and they send you a reminder text a few days before. Highly recommend.

Love the office staff. Dr Yousefi is always pleasant. From start to finish they've made this teenage milestone easy and affordable. Appointments always went smooth. Covienantly located next to a frozen yogurt shop.

Highly recommend Happy Braces! Excellent patient care and work. Dee is especially helpful, I am not good with pain or anyone working in my mouth, but he helps make the experience so much better. Very patient, flexible and good at what he does.

Best ortho I have ever been to. I had braces when I was younger and did not have a great experience so I was skeptical about having Invisalign. But this office did an amazing job with taking care of me. The staff cares so much and doctor Yousefi is incredible! I highly recommend this office if you're looking to have perfect teeth!
