I enjoy coming here for a quick beat down. I really don’t mind the massage therapists here speaking to each other, and I totally understand and kind of admire their borderline aggressive hustle. If you’re accustomed to the kind of massage where you’re in a dark room with soft panflute music and the air smells of essential oils, this place is not for you. This is the kind of place where you just need an aggressive Chinese man to find and release your knots, no questions asked, just money changing hands for a service. Don’t get me wrong, I love a dark room with panflutes and essential oils, but sometimes I just need something quick and easy and this is the place for it. Super grateful for this little gem in the mall.

This spa is the definition of relaxation! I went here and was very warmly greeted which left an everlasting first impression. Upon going into the back for my massage the atmosphere was of pure tranquility and the purple hues added to the calm demeanor . The massage itself was light and aggressive at the same time making me go into a state of bliss. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Had a foot massage today! It was wonderful. Fell asleep twice. I have neuropathy in my feet so I will be going as often as I can!

I'm not one to really leave a bad review for a small business but I really wasn't happy with my experience. The therapists talked to each other through the whole massage and there was someone outside the whole time trying to bring ppl in by yelling MASSAGE! I understand as a fellow therapist that you need to bring in business but... seriously? 3 stars because they did get the knots out of my neck and shoulders and that's why I was there but it was not a relaxing experience. I won't be back, but I do wish them the best of luck.

Would be awesome to have private rooms inside. A bit noisy because it's open floor and people are walking by shopping at the stores next door. Just a bad location for a peaceful massage

I used to like this place a lot. The massages are good, but they are very money hungry!! I was going to leave 18% tip, and one of the ladies got very angry at me for leaving such small amount!!! She made me feel so embarrassed that she practically forced me to leave more!!!18% is pretty reasonable amount!!besides, they don’t speak English and it’s hard to communicate with them. My first language it’s not English, but al least people understand me!!! I wanted to talk to a manager to explain the situation, but with the language barrier , it was impossible!!. Also, you can’t make appointments ahead of time because according to them they don’t have a phone!!! It was a very weird experience…

There were 4 masseuse when I went with my friend. We both had for a 60 min foot massage, the guy that worked on my legs hurt my legs, they went hard when I said literally to go easy, I am not sure what kind of massage they were doing as they were just rubbing the calves, and using their nails (he has sharp nail that’s piercing thru their gloves) my friend complained the same thing that her legs hurt and bruised. Stay away. For $60 plus tip, it’s not worth the discomfort.

I didn't like their strategy for Upselling (they let you first lay down and while they already have their hands around your neck try to convince you that you need addional massages). Furthermore, the massage itself was painful and everything else than relaxing.

The whole time we were getting a massage they stopped to listen and ask other people to come in. It wasn’t just one person trying to entice people, it was everyone in the shop. They would stop massaging the clients and started trying to rotate staff because they had too many people coming in and not enough staff. My brother and I were waiting for someone to become available when someone walked in and asked for a specific person. The walk-in said they would wait until their friend could be massaged at the same time. They masseuse went on to take them and made my brother wait an additional 10 minutes before they started his massage. And that was only done because I complained. The employees kept whisper-yelling to each other and at one point a masseuse’s cell phone rang and he picked up the call while I’m massaging my brother with one hand. Total unprofessional and definitely won’t return. Not trying to hurt their business. This is just an honest statement of what I experienced, be it good or bad.

Absolutely unprofessional!!! We got a 30 minute massage and was going to leave a tip when he tried to force us to tip them both more than $10 and was not going to let us go until we showed him we couldn't afford the almost $30 extra as a tip! Would never recommend to anyone! Gave me a headache!!!

The staff will not help with any health savings account paperwork and the bosses refuse to help as well. Take your business elsewhere.
