I submitted my daughters enrollment application and I did one error on the application, so I came in person to drop off what they originally needed . I heard one of the enrollment staff talk about me. She complained that I didn’t fill it out correctly and mentioned my daughters name to another of her co workers. Mind you they are right in front of the front desk and everyone can hear. Little did she know I was right there and she happened to be talking about me. The other one replied with “shocker!” 🙄….

Prior to my arrival, I walked in to the Family Welcome Enrollment Center.I was seen by employees walking by from that office. Another lady and I were waiting for almost 5 minutes. Then we asked if we can be helped, and a woman sitting on one of the desk said, well you didn’t ring the bell. (Same lady that was talking about me).

Just absolutely unprofessional! Don’t talk about the people you serve like that right in-front of them. I felt very disrespected. I just needed help and was completely turned off by their behavior.

I’m coming to enroll my daughter to TUSD because of all the great things you hear, and then there are people like this working for them. Makes me question my decision. Just feel completely unsupported. This was not a welcome center at all.
