Super Suds Laundromat & Wash and Fold

First time coming here got me to come back every time. Sherri was the attendant and not only was she nice, she was very helpful. Sherri saw my dear in headlights look and guided me to the proper washers and dryers for my needs.

GREAT service that I love to use when u get behind on laundry or don't feel well but I almost always use Super Suds when we return from vacations - b/c who wants to do laundry for days after a vacation!?! Quick turn around and the staff is super friendly and courteous! PLUS I love the options for free & clear detergent, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What truly sets them apart from the other services I’ve used around Long Beach is their all-encompassing service. Not only do they do a remarkable job washing and drying clothes to perfection, they also meticulously fold and press them, showing attention to detail that can only come from genuine care for their customers' needs.

Their staff is friendly, accommodating, and always eager to help, they truly understand what great customer service means. You can tell they take pride in their work, I’d like to mention Ulbens, who is one of the drivers. I’m a disabled veteran and this guy goes out of his way to help me every time and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that

Good place for the laundry. They always give free coin for the dryer. Also, every Tuesday free dryer. Clean. Wifi doesn't work but is free! Overall, it's a great place to go. Barbara.

Fabulous service! Great for big stuff like mattress covers and downs. They also have a mini display of vintage washing artifacts inside!

I am so impressed with this company and service. My house is under construction and I had racks of clothes that needed to be cleaned. They put all my dresses and kimonos on hangers. Pick up and Delivery was so easy. I appreciate you Super Suds

BTW I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the services with the laundry company. Now I want to give them more clothes. I don’t usually let people wash my clothes since when I was small, but I hate folding clothes. They have done a super job now I feel like callin them to come for the others that I didn’t send out to be washed. And for almost 30 lbs of clothes, the price is reasonable.

I have a laundry facility in my apartment community and still come here to do my laundry! The staff is very friendly...however I especially love seeing Karen when I come. She is very personable, helpful, knowledgeable and an overall great person!! She genuinely takes pride in her job and connecting with customers.

Super Suds is by far one of the best laundromats in Long Beach. Washing machines of all sizes, so I able to wash everything at one place. The customer service is great as well. The staff (Karen) is always willing to help and can prioritize customers, so there is long wait for help. The atmosphere is very chill, and the drop off/pick up service is very convenient and affordable.

this place is Clean, the machines are well kept, plus the staff is friendly and approachable. Super suds offers a sweet loyalty program with rewards like free soap and free tokens towards your laundry. There’s a vending machine with laundry items like detergent, fabric softener etc.. They offer a couple different sized/priced washing machines and the dryers are tapped into the sun or something they work so well. Honestly you might as well be washing your clothes in puddle if you aren’t doing it here.

First time here and needed a large machine. The kind woman working today on September 25 at 9am was a gem! She helped me with what machines to use, answered all my questions and was genuinely helpful with a smile!!!

Laundromat has great customer service both for drop off and the machines. Karen is always at the desk and helpful with any questions. I’ve seen her literally walk people to the machines and explain the prices and the tokens. Have not had a bad experience with anyone else that works here either.

Used their "Pick-up/Delivery" multiple times during a long hotel stay this past month. They saved me by not making me sit in a laundromat all day waiting on my clothes. The picked up when they said and dropped off the same way. The options for different detergents was very accommodating as well. Also sending timely text messages letting you know when they are close - very convenient! Perfectly folded and packaged up on delivery. Worth every penny! Thanks again!

We just started using Super Suds Laundry Service and we are extremely pleased with the service. They follow the request and the delivery makes it so easy for busy people like us. If you don’t have time to do laundry, this is definitely the service for you. They pick up they deliver, it really is a no-brainer. Thank you Super Subs for making our lives little easier.

Joanie is my girl, I been coming here since 2018, and never received great customer service like her. She also make you feel safe at night when things start to look scary. She's kind to everyone that walks through the door. She's constantly cleaning and keeping up with maintenance thanks again for all your hard work.

Cleanest laundromat that I found in Long Beach! I'm talking about the floors being clean, the walls, the machines, EVERYTHING! Not to mention customer service is superb and consistent every single time I go! KAREN gets five stars on her own just for her kindness and professionalism! I live a few blocks away and I go here routinely knowing that I can count on a consistent place with consistent service!

Always friendly and fast service. Karen always remembers our weekly order, and is super sweet. We use Supersuds for bar towel cleaning for 4 different coffee shops. Highly recommend!
