Staff is professional, warm, and accommodating. I was greeted with great enthusiasm when I walked in. It was also nice to see how accommodating the staff was with every interaction I witnessed - even the delivery people dropping of packages! Office is clean and sleek. My treatment was well executed and RNs Bonnie and Marina were attentive and made me feel comfortable and confident. They know their stuff! I look forward to my treatment taking effect and returning in the future!

Got laser hair removal done for the first time these past few months and it went really well! I had a few different nurses as well and they all were amazing with answering questions and making me feel comfortable. I also love my results, highly recommend!

I love South Bay Med Spa! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! My treatments and results have been excellent! I have had 6 treatments of Morpheus 8, I am almost 70 and my face looks better than it ever has. I literally look like I am in my 50's. Before treatments, I have always struggled with acne scars, brown blotches and because of my age, deep wrinkles around my eyes and mouth area. After each treatment, my face and neck kept looking better, younger and healthier with a glow. Today my acne scars are barely noticeable, the brown blotches are a lot lighter, my wrinkles are now very fine lines or gone in some areas and my cheeks are more plumped because of the collagen. I now don't mind wearing my hair all back and show off my face that I used to be embarrassed of. The best part is that I look very natural and it is important to me to grow old gracefully and look natural ,which I do thanks to Morpheus 8.

Bonnie is a supreme professional and the literal BEST injector I have ever met. The pics I posted are from receiving lip injections, dysport, and Morpheus 8. My skin healed perfectly! I had a consultation with the South Bay Med Spa yesterday and am absolutely enamored with them! Sarena gave me my consultation and was the absolute sweetest. She walked me through all their services and after describing what I was hoping to target, she narrowed them down to a few, going further into detail. She offered me some sparkling water and did not pressure me whatsoever into purchasing anything. Simply informing me of the benefits and processes of each treatment all while making me feel warm and welcome!
