Had a pickup here. These are the docks on the west side from 1 to 38. A very large area. There is a standard comfortable space between the docks. Easy to park on the door. Check in 30 minutes before appointment. 1.5 hours pickup. You can wait on site. Or on the next street. Thanks guys! Good job!

Don't see how the docks are tight? U have to unhook and park between trailers. How is that tight? The docks have more than enough space. There is ample room to turn around. This a rookie level facility. Cmon guys! 5 star. I checked in at 3 my appt is at 3 starting loading at 345 out buy 430!

It's been a month since I started here as a temp through Staffmark. Easy money.

My main job now is stowawaying inbounds in the refrigerated room. Stress free since I work alone. Other than morning greetings. I don't talk to anyone. Everyone minds their own business.

Just clock in, mind my own, clock out and go to my next job (or home on Wednesdays).

After what i seen today. I have to give 5 stars... Place is not bad.. just needs room for parking to check in. Signs outside giving info to checkin would be nice.. backing is ok as long as there isnt someone checking in in front of the door your going in.. now driver dropped his trailer pulling out of door and Saddle Creek people got out there with 6 forklifts and raised the trailer so the driver could dollie down and get back under it... amazing... just not many shipper/receivers would do that..

Loaded in like 20 minutes tops. Friendly staff. I will pick up here anytime. Plenty of turning room for trucks.

Yes it’s a little tight. But due to the fact that they want you to park in the space next to your door. That gives you enough room to maneuver. No, I did not have to blindside back. I found a spot to turn around. As far as my whole experience. Everybody I encountered guard shack‘s forklift drivers etc. We’re all friendly and professional. I arrived at 9:20 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment, and was out of there by 11:00 AM.

I honestly didn’t have a bad experience. They can do better with entrance directions but overall, it was good. Took about 1.5 hrs

This place is really not to bad for parking plenty of space really a lot of space appointment is at 0500 got here @420 but they won't let you check in only 30 prior your appointment but overall not to bad after getting blue door you have to unhook your trailer and park next to wait and just wait to see how long they take to load you I think they said that the entrance now at the south side so be vigilant good luck !

They are efficient with their time here and the people loading the trucks know what they’re doing unlike some other places in LA Area. It’s very important to get the weight right and I’ve had several different guys here load it perfect and are on top of things.

Parking inside next to the wall, checking between doors 10-11
Only let you checking 30 minutes before appointment time

You dont have to blind side when backing up to dock. Just make a U turn between docks 80-100 and go straight back to your assigned dock.

🤣🤣🤣 this place is tight to get into so when coming here when going through the gate turn around and back to your door. It's much better that way.

Always fast unloading . Always be careful there limited moving areas for docking.. No issues when paying attention..

First time here. Very polite dude. Loaded in 15 minutes no BS. Guess I'm lucky or others are whiners. Haha

First time here to pick up a load going to aurora, co. Guard let me park in back of the building off the street for 8am pickup.

Showed up 30 minutes before my appointment I was unloaded and had paperwork in hand before my appointment give this place 5 stars all the way

very friendly person who came to tell me how he was going loading my trailer. I apreciate his advise and his great personality

the chubby guy in glasses is fast working and so awesome he checks you in in 2 mins.
