Joe and Sue are very nice and frank. I called the day before and Joe told me about the car (full CarFax report). He was very helpful, even offered to pick me up from airport. (I trusted it so much I flew down from out of town to pick the car up). They sold me an amazing car, in very good condition, at a great price. They even re-serviced it and went out of their way to made it prim and fresh: new battery etc... Car drives like new, in VERY good condition. Joe and Sue were proper and super diligent with all the paperwork. As a DMV agent they did everything, so within 1hr of buying car am completely set! (they take good care of neighbourhood feral cats, which is a clear sign of some stand-up folks!) Can't recommend them enough. Super trust-worthy.

Susan and Joe have been wonderful to work with. We bought a Ford Fusion Energi from them for our 18 year old son. It drove wonderfully but when we took it home and parked it for a few hours, it would not start. We let Susan and Joe know right away. They took the car back and had it fixed. They took it to a Ford dealership and even had some items that had been recalled remedied as well. They then delivered it to us. They are an honest, reputable company. They were also very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. We appreciate all that they did to make things right for us! We highly recommend this dealership.

Had such a relaxing car buying experience with S&J auto last month. No haggle. No hassle. I told Joe what my budget was and he laid out all options within range for me. Very thorough explanations of the pros and cons of each car he introduced me too. Very transparent, plus he was really friendly and a bit of a jokester. Just bought 2nd car from them. Joe & Susan are very honest . Worked with us with our budget. Joe makes sure all his cars are safe and are working good. Joe a character,but makes you feel like family instead of just trying to sell you a car. If he thinks the car is not right for you he will tell you straight up. !!

This place made me feel like family!! Came in off of an ad i saw online and was surprised that not only did they have the car still, they had many others in same price range. For a small neighborhood dealer the had a better selection of cars than all the places I stopped at in the Cerritos Auto Square down the street.
