Super attentive to customer needs! Few things confuse a dad like walking into a beauty supply store, but the owner always points me in the right direction. This store carries some items that are harder to find, like our family favorite, extra-large size Paul Mitchell No More Tears shampoo for kids. She knows my usual order when I walk through the door, and if it's out of stock, she tells me when it will be ready. And when I need a hairbrush, or nail clippers, or any other similar item, the owner takes time to explain to me why one choice is better than another.
