I did an extensive search for immigration attorneys and contacted several with my case scenario to get some answers before choosing. Most attorneys were not very helpful unless a consulting session was booked to speak further. However, Young was ready to answer any of my concerns through email before becoming her client.

She assured me of my situation and confidently stated that it was something she could help with. Keep in mind that I had gotten quotes from other attorneys who wanted to charge me upwards of $5,000 for the same services, which was filing an N-400 Citizenship Application with some minor and very common complications. Young's prices were beyond reasonable, and I was happy with the level of services she continually provided.

Due to the pandemic, the whole process took almost six months longer than initially planned (around 14 months total), and throughout the entire time, Young stayed in touch and was there to answer all of my questions and keep my case on track. I even moved twice out of state during the process, but that did not make any difference in the level of service she offered and made sure all my details with my application stayed updated. She even gave me some tips on how to reach a live agent at USCIS.. and if you have tried before, you know this is nearly impossible! With her help, I got through to them so much faster!

I am happy to say that I passed my citizenship interview and got everything sorted out great, thanks to Young's help and advice. Not only did she help me with the application details, but she instilled confidence in me and provided excellent advice to practice during my actual interview.

I only have positive things to say about this firm. My experience, although brief, was great from the beginning to the end. From the very first call, I knew this place was not a typical lawyer's office we all might come to expect. My call lasted about an hour, but they remained patient, really spent their time to listen, and answered all of the questions I had at the time. Their online appointment booking tool should be easy for anybody. When in comes to immigration process, some of the lawyers at the firm also had gone through the same process for themselves so they really understand the urgencies and importances of clients which isn't always the case elsewhere. TLDR: bottom line - They are knowledgeable, communicate/follow-up/respond well as mentioned in other reviews. Highly recommended.
