Ordered from VaporDNA a few times now. Have some odds and ends other stores don’t plus the usual. They typically get my orders shipped out within 24ish hours. Had some issue (my fault) and they were able to correct it for me and give me a refund promptly. Staff was very quick to reply and good communication. Will continue to order from VaporDNA!

I've ordered from them several times and always got my order in a reasonable time. The only complaint I have is the cost of shipping. It's almost more than the total of my order. I can't get my Turkish Tobacco anywhere near where I live or I would got to a van shop to buy it.

Super awesome place. Great customer service with some of the lowest prices I’ve seen in the area. They have a wide selection of flavors for regular nicotine e-liquid, salt e-liquid, and disposables. They also have a lot of mods and kits, for either kind of e-liquid. This is my favorite place and I can’t say enough about them.

I love the prices, their rewards program is awesome and reasonable plus their inventory stock is solid, I order online and pickup in store, usually arrives after 1 day. This is my favorite shop, I love how they do business and I always recommend it to my friends.

Haven’t had any issues with my purchases . I online order and pick it up from the Torrance location . Usually within a day or two after my purchase the order is ready for pickup. Will continue to be a returning customer .

I live right by these guys n they r the best n most knowledgeable team of employees I've ever known, their prices are also the cheapest, n since the flavor ban (which is so stupid, might as well put a flavor ban on alcohol and take it out of stores too, something that actually kills ppl) u can still get an online order picked up in store or at their warehouse in Anaheim free of shipping, I've been buying from these guys online before I knew they were a store, probably about 10yrs ago when I was living in Washington they were one of 2 or 3 sites I ever trusted to buy from

Great selection of awesome products. I've have ordered from them 3 times before this last order and didn't think much about them. Then on my 4th order I got a tank that had a manufacturer defect, without hesitation they quickly shipped out a new tank for me. No hoops to jump through no run around just excellent customer service. 100% a customer for life.

Overall I have nothing negative to say about VaporDNA in anyway. I received my items really quickly even due to USPS losing my package because they damaged the shipping label while shipping. VaporDNA customer service was able to respond and assure me that the package was in-transit to me even tho I was skeptical and sure enough my post office had it 3 days later on the other side of the country so I was impressed. They have the best prices for mods, basics and accessories. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I always order online from VaporDNA. So my review is just on that. I was just recently told they are only a few miles away from me. O my now I need to go see. Anyway all this time ordering online due to the best prices, great selection and fair enough shipping. I usually roll the dice on juice and get closeout deals or specials. I hope now that I know I can just run on over I will be just as pleased with the store.
