This real estate team is absolutely amazing. The house and yard we were wanting to sell was 71 years old and had hardly any improvements. It was looking pretty shabby and run down. But the Millman team, for minimal amount of money, made it look like a gym and it sold the first weekend we had an open house.

They also gave us wise guidance, and dealing with the buyers and help everything goes smoothly to a final close of escrow. I cannot say enough good things about this Millman team.

When it came time to sell my house in Torrance I knew Ray Millman was the realtor to work with. It was not a mistake. His connections with local contractors were invaluable in getting my house fixed up to look best to buyers. The entire experience was about as painless as possible, even when I was afraid that high interest rates would make selling difficult.

Max Wright from the Millman team help my husband and I purchase a home in Lawndale. He communicated via text pretty much daily, email as appropriate and phone call when additional information had to be transmitted. We were relocating from Temecula to be closer to our son and Max was a pivotal part of the process. He knows every street and neighborhood in the greater Torrance area. Max stuck to our stated budget and took the time to understand what we wanted. Since we were far away, Max met with contractors at our home and shared information via video chat. If he didn’t know something or wasn’t 100% sure, he asked his manager. No one knows everything but only really intelligent people will ask for assistance when they need it. We were working with a very difficult seller, but somehow Max still made it happen. We are now 2 miles from our son and 4 miles from the ocean. We highly recommend Max and his team.

Working with the Millman Team, we recently sold my father in law's property in Torrance. Selling the family home was a very emotional and stressful situation for my father-in-law and wife, but due to the circumstances, we did not have any other choice. The Millman Team understood this and showed us compassion and a lot of patience which we greatly appreciated.

Years ago, I saw a news piece on TV regarding an effective strategy for selling property and ever since then, I had in the back of my mind that if we ever have to go through the process of selling a home, this is the strategy that I want to employ. Working with Ray, we strategically focused on where we should spend the money to get the best results.

Working like a “well-oiled machine” sounds cliché, but it’s true. Everyone on the Millman Team has specific duties and carried them out to perfection, yet they can all step in for one another when needed. Reaching out to contact or meeting with any team member was easy as they were flexible and accommodating to our needs. After vetting some pre-listing offers (“to buy as is”), our family said that we had enough of these low ball offers and decided to go full steam ahead. Once The Millman Team got the ball rolling, the cleaning out of the house, landscaping, painting, flooring, some selected repairs, staging, etc. it all went like clockwork. Regarding the actually listing period, the Brokers open house, the actual open house, collecting offers, down selecting, working on best and final offers then accepting an offer all happened in about 10 days! What’s more incredible is that we accepted an all-cash offer from what looked like a really nice family that was well over asking price. We were through escrow in under 30 days! While those repairs were being done, I was able to move out of the house and to a different state. During this time Thomas oversaw the repairs and presale preparations and kept me informed on everything. Once the house was ready to be listed, I was informed about what that would intel. Within a couple of days of the open house I was contacted by Jon Millman with a list of offers that I was really pleased with. With Jon's help I was able to close the deal on an offer that was better than I had expected. The Millman Team then walked me through the whole closing process. Ray Millman and his Team really delivered, and as a result, I have the very best experience possible of selling my home. Sure, there are inevitable things about selling a home that can be stressful, but throughout the entire process, I always felt that I was in good hands. So, despite the crazy economy we are experiencing right now, I got a very fair price for my home. I highly recommend the Millman Team, whether you are a buyer or a seller.

The Millman Team made selling a 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in the South Bay very easy.
