Eureka Ergonomic

I recently was gifted a two-year-old Eureka Ergonomic electric height-adjustable desk from my brother. After moving the desk to my home, it stopped working. I was so disappointed because it worked perfectly at my brother’s house. Despite my concerns about the warranty period likely being over, I decided to contact Eureka Ergonomic for help.

Initially, I was worried because no one answered my phone call. However, the customer service team redeemed themselves by returning my call promptly. They were thorough in their approach. They requested photos of the desk along with other pertinent details so they could accurately identify the model (SKU number). This allowed them to determine the specific parts needed for repairs – in my case, a power adapter and a new control box.

To my delight, the parts arrived quickly, and once installed, my desk is working like a charm!

I was so impressed with how efficiently customer service handled my problem. It's refreshing to see a company support its products even post-warranty!

Overall, I highly recommend Eureka Ergonomic for their reliable products and commendable customer service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I give them a solid 5 stars!

I'm really happy with my new sofa, it's exactly what I was looking for! The color matches the picture perfectly, and it was easy to set up, though it does require two people to move. It's made a wonderful addition to my living room, and it looks amazing

Great furniture pieces!

I ordered a chair and it arrived with damage. I emailed customer service and it took 9 emails back and forth of the representative trying to offer me small discounts until I finally convinced them to send me a return label. They finally sent a label, and then reduced my refund by 10% because I had opened the parts/screws package. I won't be purchasing another chair from them.

Ordered a desk for my son. The wrong desk was sent. I email customer service 6 times before I got a response. Still waiting for a resolution. Worst customer service ever.
