I have a 2016 Toyota Landcruiser. Which has pretty basic tech. I had a 2018 Mercedes E400 previously which had amazing tech but it was totaled in a flood. Decided I needed something bigger but didn’t want a boring SUV. The only down side was no Apple CarPlay. That’s an essential these days. Beatsonic saved the day. I looked at a bunch out there and luckily I settled on them. After installation and some tweaking (Dealing with was amazing. Eric was incredibly patient and helpful. The Beatsonic in my truck works flawlessly. It is wireless, picks up and is ready to go in 15-18 seconds. If you have an old Toyota or Lexus without Apple CarPlay this is a must. Toyota/Lexus we all know can run forever. But the tech is always a few years behind it seems. Beatsonic just shaved 5 years off my otherwise perfect truck. Saved me from selling it to get something with better tech which would have at least cost me 5x the price of the Beatsonic. Money well spent. Thanks Eric and Beatsonic for helping a guy like me get it all set up.

Eric was amazing from day #1 I sent an email getting more info to install the Beat-Sonic Wireless Carplay Interface on my 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser. I purchased the same day (Saturday) and it was mailed next business day. The installation was super easy between his video and the diagram. It was a big improvement on my SUV and all the functions are working perfect (touchscreen, 360 camera, gps etc). Thanks Eric one more time for your excellent product and service.

Needed a front camera for a 2019 Lexus ES 350. The only option I could find was the Beat-Sonic's CS11A Lexus Front Camers Interface so I contacted Eric at Beat-Sonic to confirm compatibility. He couldn't have been more helpful. He was always quick to respond and eager to work with me. We live 2,700 miles away so he recommended an installation shop which was 2 hours away but well worth the trip. Absolute Elextronix in Rockville, MD did the installation, an outstanding job. I can highly recommend Beat-Sonic and their CS11A interface. Highly rcommended!

One of the best customer services experience I’ve encountered and I rarely review companies but knew they deserved it.
-Initial email with questions about the product was answered within hours.
-Second: had some shipping issues not on Beat Sonic’s end but on UPS for not scanning, they were super responsive and even offered to send an entire new unit if not delivered in 5 business days.
-Lastly, was installing product and had a few questions about how to do it and they answered the phone and walked me through it.

I had the Beatsonic Wireless Carplay Interface installed on my 2021 Lexus LX 570 two weeks ago by Eric and wanted to run it for awhile before writing a review. I can honestly say this is such a huge improvement over the dated factory infotainment system that it’s embarrassing Lexus doesn’t include the Beatsonic wireless Carplay module in all their vehicles. Eric was awesome to work with and he installed the module at the La Mirada office in just a couple hours. It literally changed this archaic mouse-based system into a nice wireless carplay system. He also installed a Nav-DVD bypass which allows me to play a dvd for my toddler while the vehicle is in motion. Lastly, he installed the Shiftpower 4.0+ throttle controller which eliminated the lag in drivetrain. In one afternoon Eric changed my LX from great to perfect. Thanks Eric and Beatsonic

Just ordered for my 2024 Sequoia. Came with everything you need to hookup. And super easy install once you have access. Significant difference in sound quality! Took about 30 mins. Awesome product.

I'm a Parts Manager at a Lexus dealer and purchased a CarPlay/Android interface thru the Lexus accessories website for my own car. The unit was manufactured by BeatSonic. I had a few questions prior to, and after install - reaching out to Eric both times. I'm very pleased with the item, and the quick response from Eric. Quality product from a true professional. This amplifier is great! I have a ‘22 Tundra Capstone and it’s made a difference in adding more bass, highs and mids. Plus Eric is a stand up guy, very professional and his work is top notch. I’ll be taking my father’s Venza and my brother’s Crown here to get the amplifier. Highly recommended

The system itself is truly an upgrade to the dated system Lexus provides . It starts right up with the car , sounds just the same or better . And super easy to use . Works just like a factory installed apple car play / android auto. I recommend working with Beat Sonic , customer service is 100% and the quality is great .

Couldn’t be happier with the work done on my Lexus rx450h. Five starts is too low of a rating and if I could give them ten I would. I was in LA area from out of town and everyone at Beat Sonic was very helpful and even for a walk in and were very accommodating. If anyone from out of state is passing through and wants Android auto and CarPlay added, do not hesitate to stop by these guys and they will get it done!

I had a pleasure of doing business with Eric. I got the Wireless Car play for my 2020 GX460. Eric was very knowledgeable of his product and provide the best service. Wireless CarPlay is easy to use and you do not need to remove current info system. I highly recommend for those owners who have the older Lexus models without CarPlay.

After waiting 18 months to install on my 2017, Lexus NX 300h, I made the decision and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! I recently purchased a Carplay/Android auto conversion kit for my 2015 Lexus ES300h from Beat-Sonic (this was after purchasing a kit from another company that did not work). After installing the kit, I was having some technical difficulties and reached out to Eric for support. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot things and assist me with the install. It was hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, especially given that it was after hours. I was worried that I was going to have to Uber to work the next day, but Eric made sure that my car was completed in a timely fashion. Everything works great and I am very happy with my new Carplay/Android system! I highly recommend Eric and Beat-Sonic to anyone looking to modernize their auto entertainment systems.

I ordered a CarPlay kit for my 2017 Lexus RX and installed it myself. Eric has made excellent installation videos on YouTube that you can follow. I did run into some issues during my installation, and Eric was just an email away. He responded within minutes offering helpful tips and how to fix an issue I had. Incredible product and customer service!

After USPS lost my package and we’re of no help at all….Eric with beat sonic was extremely responsive by email and was able to resolve the issue and send a new package to me within a week. Just received and installed my wireless CarPlay and I love it! Was super upset my 2020 Lexus gx460 didn’t offer CarPlay option, so this is amazing! It only took my husband and I a couple of hours to install ourselves while watching the YouTube video and I must say it was very easy. A++ customer service. While installing the wireless CarPlay unit in my GS F I ran into some issues and reached out to Beat Sonic for help. Eric was more than willing to help and went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot. In the end the issue had nothing to do with the beat sonic unit. I’ve had this installed for about 5 months now and it works great.
