I love this gym because of the totality of the gym environment. The place is clean and there is an abundance of free weights and squat racks. They also have Concept2 rowers, weighted medicine balls, pull up bars and kettlebells. I utilize the Kids Club for my 5 year old and she really enjoys it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Many of the people there are polite and courteous. Would recommend to friends and family.

An amazing Gym I’ve never been to a UFC Gym before and let me tell you this gym was immaculate! The staff here at the La Mirada location hold and maintain the highest standards in customer service, appreciation, and cleanliness and take pride in their Gym. If it wasn’t for Bryan Martinez I would of never thought or considered checking out and ultimately getting a membership at the UFC Gym. James Thomas aka JT as the GM of the Gym he defines what’s expected and given from a General Manager and as someone welcoming new comers to his Gym.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

I've been to many gyms around Whittier/LA Mirada and this is hands down the best.
Clean, alot....I mean alot of machines.
Not to mention they're open 24 hours Mon night to Fri night.

JT (James Thomas) the GM greeted me shortly after I came in and chatted with me about my needs. Since I am here for a short time and do have UFC gyms in my home state of Texas, he set me up proper. Now I can workout while I visit for Christmas and then carry that back to Texas. Thanks JT for taking the time to work with me on a program that suited my needs the best. Honestly a great location. Been in a few times as a guest and never had an issue waiting for equipment. Bootcamp classes. The prices are a not that bad. However, the facility to me is worth it. You get what you pay for. A clean gym, great selection of equipment, friendly staff and they have protein shakes.

Best gym I’ve enrolled in. Staff and coaches are very approachable and non-judgmental. Their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program has been the difference maker in maintaining a healthy lifestyle for me. Before joining this gym I knew nothing nor had any interest in anything mma related. They really make you feel like family here.

Been working out here since they opened. I like the assortment of potential workouts that can be done. Would like a little more options for calisthenics, but besides that it's pretty much perfect. It's a good day when I'm able to use the massage chair.

Great to be apart of. The front desk are always friendly. There are many motivated weight lifters in there. The music is great. I like the 90s mash up nights. The facility is always clean. Everyone there has a goal. They are working on achieving that goal. And had a great daycare for the kids. My son loves it there.

I've been bouncing around the local locations and this one is easily my favorite. The atmosphere and classes are great... and without the pretentious vibes you get from HB and Industry.

Awesome place and awesome staff! Gio Metro! Is straight forward and honest. Very understanding as well, just tell him what you want and he’ll work his magic to help you out!! Couldn’t ask for a better staff, keep it up ladies and gentlemen!

First, understand I'm coming from a point of view of a middle aged, much larger, not fitness-inclined, woman. I've been wanting to join a gym and make improvements, but I was terrified of cartoonishly monstrous, triangle-chested, wasp-waisted, jocks in loose tank tops, laughing at everyone who couldn't keep up.

What did I find here? Some guys who look to be of reasonably strong builds and defined bodies, who shook my hand, gave me their name with a smile, and said "welcome". A couple of tiny women helped me find the sinks with a smile. I have seen no judgement from anyone, but quite the opposite- I feel like I am welcomed and belong.

The machines, and there's a lot of them, are all in excellent condition, the punching bags all look new, and tv's everywhere. there's a room for martial arts (kids classes too!), one for classes, and a mat room for boxing and muay thai. The bathroom is pristine and well-kept. They even have a smoothie bar!

The only bad thing? They have a couch that has seen better days. That's it.

It's pricey, but well worth every penny, as every instructor I've met so far has helped me get over my social anxiety about going to the gym. This is honestly a great place.

Did I mention that they have watch parties on Saturday when there's UFC matches going on?

been a member for five years. i work out mostly after 11pm. occasionally afternoons. i kove it cause it has the monkey bars that i use to warm up. and all the heavy bags that i need for boxing drills and my kicks. my work outs are half calisthenics so i need the pull up bars as well. i am saddened cause i think the business might have been affected by the covid pandemic. some maintenance issues that are not being addressed. minor only which does not bother me. i feel safe going to this location even at night. and the people that go have good character or gym ethics. love it that i have even considered buying a house in the area so i could be closer to the gym. i just wish it was 24 hours all the time. weekends are not 24 hours anymore.

This gym is worth the money, it has everything I need for training and improving my physicality. I do my BJJ training here which is very good, the work out equipment is great, and the recovery program is amazing.

Gio helped me get my membership. He’s a really good guy that makes you feel like you belong. I’m glad he convinced me to get my ultimate membership bundled with the recovery, because my physical health means a lot to me and they have it all here. 💪🏽

The Management, the staff .. they are friendly and the majority of them genuinely appear to be enjoying working in this active and fun environment. A newer GM, Alyssa, made solid facility improvements over the last 7 - 8 months. I've seën the housekeeping and equipment condition improve over the time that this has been my gym (Gym opening to current), mostly since the newer Mgmt. has been focused on improvements and consistency. There is quick turnaround on repairs.
Regular members are great people overall, courteous, and great to have a quick side chat with. Lots of smiles and encouragement to give and receive.. Truth is, its the best gym experience I've personally had, and let's face it, your gym experience is as good and positive as you make it, but I am thankful for the staff being so focused on making sure your fitness journey is the best they can make it. There are many class offerings, and I take advantage of the Arm Bar and Recovery Room, which are clean and kept up very well.
Great gym vibe .. come out and get fit with us!

Easily one of the nicest gyms around in all aspects. Atmosphere, staff and equipment. And Giovanni is the man. Always seems uplifting and easy to talk to.

Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Very spacious and not as crowded as other gyms I go to (24hr fitness / Crunch). Relatively speaking, everything is kept nice and clean which is definitely a plus for me. Don was the one that helped me get my membership here and I was very pleased with his service.

I have come here for over a year now after leaving 24 hour fitness.
I have had great results since joining. The team here is very polite and demonstrates excellent fitness knowledge. Matt, Hailey David and Alyssa's team are top notch. I also highly recommend this gym if you are also seriously interested in getting involved with MMA. Coach Anthony Renteria private coaching and conditioning classes is top notch that bring elite results.
