Beautiful, high quality furniture
Update: purchased a velvet sectional from Arhaus in November. Arrived first week of January. Our sectional is gorgeous, and arrived prior to expected delivery date. Rocky was a fabulous sales person, and we are so relieved we chose Arhaus for our sectional, after considering RH, PB, and many others. The Cushions, frame , fill and fabric are all everything we had hoped for and more. Unsure why Arhaus doesn't have strictly 5 stars, as our purchase was so seamless.

UPDATE 2023
This has been the worse experience of ordering furniture I have ever encountered. Omgg the order was late the sofas was different on the arms, one was rolled one was flat. I had to wait couple of months for a replacement. But the worse by far was getting charged a $1500 finance charge on a balance of $2400. They said my contract said after two years I would be charged. I told them I didn't get my furniture for a year so why would I pay finance charges after a years. She said we can't change anything. I never wanted to pay finance charges......

After purchasing about 8k in furniture from Hope, Scottsdale location she was no longer willing to help me out. I had a return of accessories that I brought to the Torrance, CA location. There was an issue with the return and so I called Hope to help. She blew me off! Luckily the people assisting me in Torrance were Shannon and Lauren and were able to find the issue and complete my return. After that Lauren spent a great deal of time helping me pick out accessories that actually worked with my new furniture. I am so pleased with everything. She also gave me suggestions for something else I wanted. In the future will work with either Shannon or Lauren. They actually care.

I love it here! Browsing and getting great ideas for home decor and staging ideas. Beautiful pieces , staff is helpful and friendly. I have also bought pieces here and had a good experience.

Jesus C. Was the delivery man for setting up my table . He did a good job and he made sure that everything was well put together as he was setting it up . He put the table together very delicately. Great customer service!!

What a fabulous store, better than the New York one, superb service too. I spoke with a design consultant, Yael, she was very pleasant, professional, engaging & appeared genuinely interested
in my needs as a customer. Lovely chandeliers & funky coffee tables, a real gem. Yael knows her products & is proud to work for Arhaus, I will be back again on my next visit from the UK.

Recently bought a beautiful desk from this location. Toni was super friendly and Yael even sent me pictures of the furniture. Will be back for more. Thank you!

Fantastic store beautiful furniture lighting and accessories very high-quality

My daughter and I were looking for poufs for my wife and we found a perfect one thanks to Shannon. We also found a throw blanket, great store and customer service.
