Mr Peoples is a wonderful manager!! He takes care of any and everything that we may bring to his attention regarding the unit promptly. Honestly Mr Peoples is one the best apartment manager I've encountered. I'm glad that we've choosen Enterprise Apartments as our place of residence. Great and clean place to be.

Beach Front has been great thanks to my Property Manager, Shannon D.! Shannon is awesome, attentive, caring and has excellent communication. I haven’t had a ton of issues at my place but sometimes dealing with larger property companies you can easily feel forgotten about when things pop up. I know having a Shannon as my manger means having true advocate looking out for me and making sure everything gets handled timely and professionally. :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shannon D. as my property manager, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Shannon's quick turnaround and willingness to help made my move-in process seamless. She was incredibly responsive and ensured that everything was in perfect condition before I moved in. The new place is exactly as advertised, and I'm thrilled with my experience. Highly recommend Shannon for her exceptional service and dedication! The online portal and app for Beachfront Property is also very unique. I am able to place work orders and pay rent all in one place.

I am grateful for the Beach Front Property management Team for always making an effort to improve our quality of life. A huge thank you to Nina, she is always there for any inquiries; and is such a friendly and productive, and hands-on property manager. The maintenance team does an excellent job in upkeeping amenities like the pool and laundry room,

He is always there for you no matter what!! HE KEEPS THE BUILDING CLEAN AND MOST OF ALL SAFE. OUR GARAGE AREA IS CLEAN AND ALWAYS LITE UP WHICH I APPRECIATE TO THE FULLEST.

Beach Front has been a great management company to work with. De’Shun is one of their property managers and he has been very friendly and professional. He gets his tenants work orders taken care of right away and is great at communicating and keeping vendors up to date.

Bryan R. was sent to do repairs at my apartment twice and each time he was pleasant and hard working. He arrived on time and definitely did the repairs he was there to do and always made sure I knew exactly what he was doing which I really appreciate. I was very pleased with Christina R. who was such a big help. She actually sat down and assisted me through the online process and was very patient with me as I asked questions. I am happy with my new home. Christina is an asset to BFPM, Inc.

I am a new tenant at 2126 W. El Segundo Blvd, been here almost a month. My apartment manager Deshun has been very helpful during the whole rental process. I have had some issues with plumbing and my stove and he proceeded to get someone out right away!! He responds promptly and does give you updates on the needed repairs.

I’ve lived here for 7 years and it has been a pleasant community with attentive managers. Mike has always tackled any questions or concerns along side Judi, when she was with us. Bless both their hearts. My family and I have the utmost respect for them both. I love my little place I get to call home, the amenities and the interaction we have with Mike as he oversees that our needs and requests are met.

I live at 9330 Elm Vista Dr, Downey Apartments. I like it there is pretty peaceful, the pool is always clean and the Apartment Manager Aquelina is really nice and always very helpful. She is really on top of things when an issue arises. Never really had any major issues of any kind.

For nearly five years, I've called the La Habra location home, and it's been nothing short of delightful. I adore the scenic view from my patio, overlooking the picturesque hills of Hacienda. My kitchen boasts ample space, including a generous pantry. The fireplace and central AC have consistently operated flawlessly without any issues. What truly adds to the experience is the approachable and friendly maintenance staff. Moreover, Mike, the property manager, has consistently shown respect and consideration towards my family.

Danny Lopez did a great job, he took care of all repair needs. Really helpful. He went far and beyond. Thanks for everything.

I have lived in one of Beach Front property’s for almost 4 years now. I recently and still am going through shower repairs in my apartment, and one could imagine how stressful that is. Through this experience my property manager, Deshun B. has displayed great concern, attentiveness, and excellent communication skills. Even though I have been very stressed through this ordeal, I am thankful to have a property manager who listens and takes appropriate action.

Units at 910 Enterprise are very spacious, pool is always clean, quiet community, recently upgraded video intercom system. Joseph is an amazing landlord, handles any issues promptly and very pleasant to communicate with.

It’s been about a half a year staying at Beach front property and it has been a great journey! Our property manager Olivia Martinez has played a big part in making sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our home. She is quick to respond to any concerns/questions and is really helpful. Our place is in great shape and everything is updated and modern. We love it!

I went to view a unit at 510 w 87th st and Kimberly was very welcoming when I was looking for an apartment for my father. The units were fully remodeled, quite nice actually. It just wasn’t what we were looking for, we were looking for a downstairs unit and only upstairs had vacancy. Yet her customer service was exemplary she even went as far as showing me other Beach front properties.
