Look no further this is the sauna for you. The owner is sweet, pleasant, and informative. The saunas are individual rooms for max privacy. I love that the infared light therapy is included I love that I can play my own music in the saunas. This place has different oil options for aroma therapy. And it's CLEAN ,FRESH, AND WELCOMING. Lots of parking.

I went for 1st time today and Bernadette was super kind, helpful and welcoming. I enjoy the fact that you have your own private sauna. Many different essential oils to choose from. Honestly...treat yourself to a session. You won't be sorry. I've already made a 2nd appt and will continue to do so.

Wow, this place is amazing! Clean, comfortable, and of course a great relaxing sauna experience. This is nothing like what you might expect to find at your local gym as far as sauna offerings go. There will be no unwanted smells and you will feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease. Your session will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Besides the overall layout and cleanliness, the owner / operator is such a delightful, attentive, and caring person. This is the type of operation that you will be proud to support as a patron.

A little on the pricy side but well worth it if Infared saunas are your thing. I’m obsessed and this has to be one of the cleanest and nicest places around to get a good sauna in. Smells great, they give you water or tea and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re trying to cut weight or just sweat it all out. Will be back again for sure.

Beautiful studio and sauna suites and super lovely owner! Tamara really covered all of the details. The private suites are clean and cozy and she provides plenty of towels, a variety of essential oils to choose from to enhance your session and infused cold towels for post-sauna relief. She will set the temperature to your liking and provides healing music but you can play your own via Bluetooth. Really just a great experience. If you’re a longtime user and believer in saunas, she has great packages to attend solo or with a friend. If you’re new to the myriad benefits of infrared saunas, you’ll definitely want to try this place out!

Wow, I was floored by everything as soon as I stepped in the door. It looks beautiful. The scents of lavender and eucalyptus
welcome you in. The owner is experienced and knowledgeable. Her equipment is new and beautiful. Great place!

Long overdue review. I've been using infrared sauna since 2016 as part of my ongoing cancer treatment. I started at the original Long Beach site & Tamara's new site in Cerritos. The many benefits of sauna is a must for all looking to detox & improve overall wellness. The site is strategically located & accessible by major freeways. Sauna packages for different needs are available but I recommend at least 3 consecutive days to get the best benefits. Please give them a call and try it out!!!

The owner is so nice and kind, the atmosphere of the sauna is serene and calming, with warm lighting and inviting scents. Overall, I highly recommend this small business to anyone looking detoxify, destress, and sweat!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Infrared Sauna in Cerritos.
The room was very clean, the temperature of the sauna was perfect, and the owner was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will surely introduce this studio to my sisters.

AMAZING! There are quite a few sauna studios on the area. It took a few unsuccessful attempts until finding this gem :) The pricing here is extremely affordable, the quality is second to none, and the service is incredible. HIGHLY recommend!
