Mary Jo Donahue, MD

Dr. Donahue is my Dr. She manages to crack jokes and make you feel comfortable during a ...uh huh.... exam. I love the fact that she listens and takes everything you explain into consideration. She is very thorough at getting down to the reason why you have a certain symptom and not just "here's a prescription let's hope it helps" type of Dr. Nice bed side manners, easy to speak to and easy to understand. What is nice is she is a straight shooter and not jaded, like some doctors tend to be. The run down on the office- Clean, up to date equipment and great magazines. I've waited a total of maybe 7 min between the time I sign in and my name is called, its rather quick. Parking is easy, you park right in front and walk right in! This is awesome for people who get lost or cant walk long distances/ stairs/elevators for whatever reason, thankfully, there's none of that here . Overall we are very pleased with Dr. Donahue

Personal Physician for over 13 years. Office clean; staff professional. Handles office technology upgrades well despite frustration it caused.

Not impressed. She apparently forgot what she told me about rx's and visits. And charges $218 for video appt. Doctor on Demand charges $40.

Did not feel respected or heard. Doctor became impatient, loud and aggressive, talking over me. She insisted on referring me to a different treatment than what I was requesting. I truly have never been spoken to by a doctor like this before.
