Jeff was absolutely amazing!! He was very professional and did an excellent job on my carpets and cleaning my rugs. He made them look new again after years of abuse!!! I’m very impressed with his diligence and found him to be very knowledgeable, an absolute expert in his field.
He was a pleasure to work with and to be reasonable in pricing was a bonus!!!

Jeff manage to squeeze me in on Saturday morning. Even though he had another job in the afternoon. As u can see from the pictures he brought this carpet back to life. He did great work and to top it off gave me a great price . I already booked my next appointment appreciate it jeff

I was frantically looking for someone to come out to clean my carpet before a special event at the house. Jeff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. He shuffled his calendar around to squeeze me in for a same day visit. Jeff is a miracle worker and made my carpet look like it was brand new!! I will NEVER use anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs. I am so happy I asked him to set me up on a reoccurring appointment every 3 months.Thank you for being so awesome at your job!!

Jeff was incredibly responsive and trustworthy. He kept us apprised of his (on time) ETA, did a walk through before starting work and told exactly what to expect with stains, odors, drying times and long term results. He stuck to his initial estimate and did a thorough, complete and exacting job. Really the best of all worlds and everything we hoped for.

I reached out to find upholstery cleaning Torrance to clean my carpet and couch after my kitten had some accidents. Jeff was very helpful with explain the he process, what the costs would be and what that includes. He was very willing and to work with my cost constraints. He did a great job! My couch looks like new and the carpet looks great considering how old it is, he really put in a lot of work to get it clean. I am very happy with the service I received. Jeff went above and beyond with cleaning my carpet and couch! He was thorough, efficient, and made sure that if there were spots that needed to be picked up, he said he will I’ll come back to do another pass through. Luckily he did such a great job that it wasn’t needed. I highly recommend using this company!

We have worked with Sunset Carpet and Tile Cleaning for awhile now on several different jobs (we are a General Contractor) and they have always been responsive, on-time, thorough, and the best cleaning/service of anyone else we have used before. Please see attached before and after pictures of commercial building carpet (we thought it was grey, but after cleaning, we realized it was GREEN!). Highly recommended! Plus, Jeff is a great guy in general. You won't be disappointed!

Jeff did a great job. He did our furniture and an area rug for us. Our couch’s look great, he was able to get all the dog oils out of the couches. Our rug smells good and is nice and clean.

The light beige carpet in my three bedrooms was on its last breath. I felt that replacing the carpet was my only option but looking for a quick fix for the holidays I reached out to sunset carpets (after a rave review from my sister). Jeff came and resuscitated the carpets to look like new! He is a miracle worker who got out years of pet and food stains. Not only is he very conscientious and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, he also has a wonderful personality and work ethic. He will work on those stains until he is satisfied. His prices are very competitive especially considering all the effort and final results. You can’t go wrong with having Jeff and sunset carpets care for your home! He will definitely be my carpet guy from this day forward. My carpet looks so good now I may not need to replace it. Well worth the money spent supporting local small business too.

It was my first time hiring Jeff at Sunset Carpet & Tile to clean my kitchen and dining room floors. The floors are artificial laminated tile and had dirt embedded in the grooves etched into the tiles. He was very informative on how he would clean the floors and friendly and professional. Jeff's attention to detail was appreciated and he went above and beyond with my expectations. My floor looks like it's brand new again! Jeff has been cleaning my carpets for 5 years now. He is always pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, and the price is right. I enjoy him coming so much that I make a point to eat lunch with him on cleaning day.
