Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Torrance/Palos Verdes

I really enjoyed my stay here. I love great customer service and I was extremely pleased with how I was treated. I arrived early to tend to a family emergency and even though they had no rooms available, they worked very hard to get one ready within 30 minutes. They were also very accommodating when I needed to extend my trip for two additional nights. I have to fly in for work about 5 times a year and this will definitely be my preferred stay. It’s also a plus that parking and wifi is complimentary.

Clean. updated, modern rooms. Great location near farmer’s market and Wilson Park. Free, safe parking. Nice gym and outdoor pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

Exactly what you would expect from a courtyard. No frills. Clean comfy rooms. Modern decor. Pleasant staff. Very quiet and we maintained.

I stopped by for a quick overnight stay for an upcoming procedure in the area!

Location:
Is mostly convenient location. Upon arrival there were multiple signs detouring to registration entrance.

Service:
Front desk personnel were personable, knowledgeable, and provided a speedy check-in for us!

Room: Rooms/hallways had a new carpet smell! Rooms were straightforward! & beds were clean and comfy! Only downfall were anti slip markers in tub made tub look unkept/ dirty…

Hotel has a great location, down the street from Del Amo Fashion center and near exclusive areas of the South Bay. Clean comfortable room with coffee maker and easy to adjust thermostat. Shower has large body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I had to ask front desk for a shower cap which was not already placed in room but had no problem obtaining one. Free & easy parking which is a big plus these days! I would stay again without hesitation!

Well kept, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nicely appointed with neutral colors. Bed was very comfortable.

The stay, the staff, the service, the food, the coffee at the bistro and in the room. The amenities; gym, laundry, common area. The room was on the first floor. I was able to come and go with no issue. The common area was amazing. Elevator jazz music played throughout the day. It was calm and relaxing, a perfect place to grab coffee and some bfast and to then get some work done on my laptop; either on a desk or on a cozy, comfy sitting spot.

We chose to opt out of housekeeping, but again the staff was so friendly. If we needed to exchange towels or ask for coffee while housekeeping was in the hallway, they did not hesitate to accommodate.

Even though times have changed; room prices have gone up and complimentary items have significantly decreased, everything I mentioned above made our stay nothing short of amazing. Service, staff, amenities - incredible. What a joy to stay here!! ♥

Stayed here while visiting family for a wedding. Rooms quite comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Very convenient to where my family lived.

This place was adequate and reasonably priced with a good bar. It was comfortable and clean. There was food available and food nearby. Service was good. They were helpful. Nothing fancy but no shortcomings exactly what it should be.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel has a balcony and the rooms were clean. The area was quiet and laid back. They have a Kings Hawaiin restaurant 2 seconds down the street which is super popular. The hotel is in an excellent location from all the fun.. I wish breakfast was included and the outside trash cans can use some attention.

Rooms were left much to be desired, no remote for the TV and my door didn't lock but the service was amazing! Thank you Natalie for all of your help with our event we will definitely be back because of your exceptional communication and welcoming hospitality.

For business meeting in Torrance. Great location (safe, complimentary parking, many restaurants nearby). Super friendly staff.

It was a fine hotel with ample well-lit parking, and side doors that open with room key so you can park near your dwelling place. Staff are always helpful!
Outdoor pool was open both time we stayed this year, batting 1,000!

I have stayed in this hotel twice and both times were very good. Once my stay lasted one entire week due to business in town and my experience was great. The front desk is kind and driven by customer satisfaction. The ladies working at the bistro were very nice and amiable. It made it feel comfortable. The room was fine. I wish I could have tried the pool, but the weather did not allow it. Either way, outside besides the pool area there are fireplaces where guestd can fire up and sit next to the cozy fire.

Great place to stay. The reception and Bistro staff are exceptionally friendly. Bistro food is excellent. Outside area and pool was not used much when I was there but the pool water was nice and warm. Breakfast is not included in the above average price for a room which is a pity but Bistro breakfasts (and dinners) are great. No extractors in the bathroom so dont have garlic and beans at the same time.

First at all. I want to say thank you to the manager of front desk and one of the front desk ladies who, unfortunately, I don’t know the name of. They were incredibly professional and friendly. I had a problem with my reservation and couldn’t arrive because one of my family members got COVID, and they were able to help me. In the future, I hope that I’m able to actually stay in this hotel. I really appreciate all their help because I had a similar situation with another Marriott hotel and they were rude and incomprehensible.
