My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership with Vijay. He was attentive, polite, organized, professional and friendly. We went in to look at a specific vehicle, he gave us detailed information about it and allowed us to take it out for a test drive. We decided to purchase it and Vijay was incredibly helpful with the paperwork especially since we were from out of state. I noticed a few minor things wrong on the interior which he had fixed immediately as well as a full detail inside and out. I highly recommend this dealership. Not only are they personable and professional but they keep high quality vehicles on their lot. Ours came with a limited warranty, as do all their vehicles I believe. In addition to quality, they also had a good variety of vehicles from SUV's to trucks to sedans and sports cars. Thank you very much to Vijay and this excellent dealership for a wonderful experience.

Vijay was helpful and patient. He did not try and push anything onto me or pressure a sale. He explained all paperwork in detail and went through another vehicle inspection with me.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Vijay was so helpful I bought a 07 scion that looked like brand new car. I never felt pressured into getting what I didn't want and he worked with my credit union with the financing I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a used car

After searching for several weeks I narrowed my search down to two dealers. E mailed several Dealers but 90% never returned my messages. I always check the reviews before buying and this dealership rated high. I texted and set up an appt and Vijay called me and set me up. He allowed plenty of time to test the vehicle to our satisfaction before making a decision. He was friendly and very helpful getting us the Financing we need. Caring and helpful throughout the entire process making it actually an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend theirs dealership and Vijay a big fat 10.

The best car purchase experience I have had. I was in the market for something in lower price range in less than $5K, I found OC Imperial with some cars in that price range, so I thought to give them a visit. It is a small dealership in Buena Park, looks nice, and the people are friendly. I talked to Amin who was really knowledgeable about cars and what they were selling. The have inspection report for each car from a mechanic shop, they provide carfax on each vehicle, the best was the quality and price of their cars. I test drove bunch of cars, Amin told me that the 03 Saab 9-3 they have will be a good choice for me, but I have never had a Saab in before. I didn’t purchase the same day, and came back to do more research on Saab, and I was amazed with reviews on this brand. The good part was for less than 5K , I can get a 03 European car, the bad part was the mileage. I was hesitating because of the mileage of the vehicle, about 150K, but looking around and visit more dealerships, I found out that the 03 is a good deal, I went back in a week and purchased my Saab. It is an amazing car, gives me about 30MPG combine. I love this car and if wasn't because of Amin I would have never thought of this brand. It’s been a year now, and the car has been great with no problem, just last week , when I did the oil change, they told me I need new brakes in the front and the cost is about $475. I remembered Amin telling me to contact him if I need service , so I did and he help me to get the job done with best quality parts life time warranty for about $170. I am really happy with their service, and I have never seen a dealership people this honest and straight forward helping their customers recommend them 100% if you are looking for a used car.

Don't buy from them, very bad customer service, they promise things and don't deliver, I bought a car from there and I'm having continous problems with it. They promise to take care of few things they never did. If you have to buy from there take the car some where to be fully checked and do not trust them. If service can be more than poor I would of picked that. They screem and yell at their customers

How much does it cost

Made the mistake of buying my car from them. They repeatedly tried to lie to me, with varying degrees of success. They don't negotiate, always claiming a car is on consignment, ask about maintenance, they say it's been done, even when it's clearly not, or a cheap fix, but expensive failure. Thankfully I was adamant they do it before buying the car, which they half is it.

When I test drove my car, the check engine light came on, on notified them and they just cleared it. Unfortunately I didn't realize this was the case soon enough and couldn't seem to catch them when their mechanic could look at the car. I went passed their "warranty" which was 30 days.

The AC went out 2 months into ownership, this was 1/5 the Value of the car. The radiator fan had a tool stuck in it, grinding to radiator and ruined the fan motor.

Adding insult to injury, they told me I had to pay gap insurance, which I in fact don't have as that part was marked out of my contract, and my idiot self didn't catch it.

They also tried to tell me I had to pay a $1000 fee for financing, a charge they claim the lender makes them pay as a dealer. I argued with them enough to rescind it, which they got back in the bogus gap insurance.

Shop elsewhere, do not buy here. Dishonest dealership and lack customer service and appreciation. BAIT AND SWITCH. Approach this dealership with caution!!! Read their yelp reviews, not a great dealership.

I had emailed the dealership on a Tuesday regarding a Mazda I was interested. Vijay called me and confirmed the vehicle was in stock. I informed him I would be in on the weekend.

I called on Friday again and he confirmed the Mazda was in stock and I can come by to see it the following day. I went in on Saturday and they told me the Mazda was taken in to the mechanic's for an inspection and I was unable to see it. He tried showing me some Nissan's, which I told him I was not interested in.
I left him my name and phone number to call me as soon as the Mazda was back in the dealership so I can go into purchase it.

Monday comes and he has not called me, I call him around noon and he tells me someone has put a deposit on the car the past Friday (which was the Friday I called) and that they are in negotiations. I get upset because I had been speaking to him about the Mazda prior to that and why would he not inform me there was another buyer.

He calls me Monday evening around 6 and tells me the deal fell through and I can come by to see the Mazda as it is available. I take an Uber, paid $25 to the dealership. I get there and there is no Mazda. He instead give me the keys to a Nissan to test drive. I told him I was there for the Mazda to which he informs me he had sold it THAT SAME MONDAY MORNING!!!

At this point I was extremely upset at how unprofessional, unorganized and how unappreciative they are of clients. I yelled at why he would trick me to come in. He said he made a mistake and was confused of the cars. This was clearly just a trick to try to sell me.

Look elsewhere for you car, check the yelp reviews of the car dealerships you are going too, there are still some honest car dealerships out there who are truly concerned for what their clients, this is not one of those places.
