Imperial Carwash

It’s so hard to find a good car wash that has good service. The workers here are friendly and greet you when you arrive, pay and even when pick up your car. It wasn’t busy around 9 am on a Sunday. The inside is clean and smells nice with items to look at, if you’re interested, while you wait. There’s plenty of space to sit but you do have to look for shade since it faces the sun. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for the basic wash and vacuum.

I took my car here this week for an interior detailing and they did a great job! When I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that my seat was not adjusting. They offered to have their mechanic friend take a look and fix the issue. I was grateful they let me know right away, but decided to wait and see if the issue would resolve. The next day the seat adjustment worked just fine!
They were super kind and courteous and I will be taking my other car next week. :)

Car wash was good, customer service great. My car wouldn’t start after car was cleaned and they went out of their way to assist to get it started.

Appreciate the kindness.

They did a great job on my service truck claybar and wax. Also on my wife's car and cleaned up her head light. 💯👍🏼

I was missing a screw for the license plate for my car and the manager quietly grabbed a screw and put on for me on his own Accord! So helpful thank you Imperial carwash!

I found myself somewhat surprised today to realize that traditional, full-service car washes are far fewer than in the past. I was in south orange county heading back towards home and there were only three along the way. This was my first, but certainly not my last visit to Imperial Car Wash. It was clean and pleasant to walk through. The bathrooms were well kept and the staff was pleasant and very friendly. I have dogs so there was hair in the rear and they took the time to pull out my rear mat and spend time doing a thorough vacuum of the area. The gentleman who attended to the car to dry took his time to get everything in and out looking great! Tge price was reasonable for full service and the manager's special for a few dollars more was a good value. I would highly recommend becoming a patron, I know I plan to. Also, as I mentioned earlier, given that fewer and fewer full-service car washes are around, we need to keep them going!

They do a great job!

They were moderately busy when I arrived but I was still out if there in 20 minutes. I was very happy with the detail of their vacuuming.

I've been going to this car wash for at least 6 yrs. I've never had a problem. All employees are friendly, helpful, respectable. My car is well cleaned in a timely matter. Regular wash is approx. $17. May be a little costly, but you get what you pay for, a little incentive is a card you get filled. After 10 washes you get one free!

I just like to say I've been coming to the car wash for years now and Raymond is one of the most important guys I talk to every time I go up there. When I need something Raymond is there for me, He takes really good care of my car and make sure that if there's anything I need to make me more happier come to him so he is one of the most important guys that I know there! I would just like to say I really love your car wash and there's no other car wash I rather go to than y'all'sI. I just hope you guys take good care of Raymond. He is one awesome guy , and you guys are lucky to have him. Thank you for all the good service that y'all do!

Wonderful service (still) at Imperial Car Wash. Special runs Tuesday through Thursday. Pull in to any one of the triad of lanes and choose a package. Prices are up---as most are.

Richard is still at this location. Thanks for the update on the owner and new streamlined offerings. Observed many unique items, kindness and a tech savvy offerings in the cool gift shop.

Deluxe Wash is in the low thirty range and it still includes tire dressing. Though the car at home is washed at home, the service at Imperial is definitely thorough. Take care Richard and give my thanks to the owner of this station in business for over 30 years.

One of the last "full service " car washes around. I find it really odd that in this day and age of seasoned citizens the owners have converted to "self service" units. I'm expected to vacuum, dry the SUV, windows, etc and happily be on my way, yeah right. With age comes physical and health challenges, it truly makes my blood boil. If you know of other full service washes please let me know, thx 👍🏼

Very nice and friendly people, especially Manager Ramon & Alma. Their attention to detail on our car was perfect. Super clean, perfect windows. Best carwash in the area.

I get my car hand waxed like...every other wash. I love this place. My car is so shiny after. And I'm so glad that this place is still a normal car wash.

Tuesday-Thursday $12 for the basic wash! That's the best price I've found around this area, and they do an excellent job! I especially like how they use their air compressor to squeeze out water from every crevice.

Nice old fashioned full service car wash; just hand them the keys and they take care of the rest.

Great place for a wash, takes around 20 to 35 mins on busy days. Ask for the lemon scent!

Fast service and great prices. I was weary when going to this place because of the reviews but I got a hand wash and hand wax and they did a great job.

I hope you can enjoy the time the workers take on your car . The staff is helpful and the price is affordable.
