It been over 2 days of ownership and I love my car. The process to own it was stressful due to a bad truck accident I had and lost my brand new Tacoma Pro 4x4… Anyways the insurance took forever to get since it was very expensive because of my history. this dealership kept helping me from there insurance brokers or connections they had. I manage to get it myself because I really wanted this car. Pick up my check once I show I was insured and called the dealership to get it ready for me. When I arrive the car was in the front but I was promised a car wash and it wasn’t wash.. I was so burnt from a 3hour drive. During the inspection I notice a lot of errors I point it out and at the end. To Sam and the manager Gabriel gave me his word to fill up my tank due to the car wasn’t wash. Sam did his best to fix my lights so I can’t get a ticket going long way home. I notice the tail light was out on the led strip right side and Gabriel the manager promise me he will fix it in a week of the purchase he really did his best. He said it just happen prior and if he knew he would’ve got someone to fix it ASAP but anyways he gave me the respect as a client and aswell satisfied my needs and wants. Robert the sales rep was off to a vacation he was the first person to call me when I submitted a serious request for a call back and kept calling me to help me out while during this stress of process. Sam made the purchase so easy even though we where all tired and I was stressed out. Sam, Gabriel and a mechanic stayed after hours to oil up my car and fix my license plate light so I can make it home safe of 250mile drive. Kim she help me out with my bank so my banker can be ready to give me the check.

So far I had a great outstanding purchase. I feel like honesty comes long ways and at the end they kept there word and fix the issues. It was a great experience for me as a client and now waiting for them to install my tail light to complete the look of a high quality cars they sell at this independent dealership. Truly proud of them for my early Christmas Gift and thankful for the team to do a great job👏

About the car it s a Mercedes Benz E400 twin turbo v6 drives amazing on tight turns and handles smoothly. As someone that tracks a racecar as a hobby, this benz will feel amazing on the hwy 1 costal hwy when I do road trips with my love ones they aswell has new tires. Love my purchase, thank you so much for the great memories I’ll have with it.

Sam helped us find a perfect car. Roberto and Gabriel and Sam are all very helpful, honest and friendly. They didn’t push us to purchase our vehicle. Sam was patient and took good care of us. My experience with Hatman was outstanding. All of the salesman seemed very honest and genuine and the customer service was excellent. They even put a brand new battery in for us and gave it an oil change before we made the drive back home. I was also impressed by the peaceful atmosphere in the office. I ended up getting the exact car that I wanted and after weeks of searching around I’m positive I got the best price out there! When the time comes to need a new car again I do plan to go back. It is a 3 hour drive for us but definitely worth it! Thank you Hatman!

Overall, a great experience.
Sam and Gabriel from the Sales and Finance, respectively, both assisted me in getting the vehicle I wanted. They have a wide selection of USED cars/vehicles for every budget. They can get pretty busy with customers so be patient. Though they were 2 hours away from me, our drive was all worth it. They have more vehicles on the lot than what their website show so it is best to give them a visit.

I saw the 2013 Mini Cooper on their website and pretty much told them that I'll get the car without even taking a look at it...drove out off the lot the same day I went to visit them.

Bought my car here, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good experience for the whole process, my dad who went there first to see the car (he does not speak english or spanish) was supported so patiently by the staff in his choice. Usually when I buy a used car I am very worried about possible mechanical issues, additional expenses, etc, (had some bad previous experiences with other car salesman) so when a couple of days after buying the car I noticed an issue I thought the worst. But I contacted them and they were so helpful, friendly and patient, I was really positively surprised. They promptly fixed the issue and really made me feel like I was helped by friends. It felt like they were really focused on making a customer happy. I’m very happy with the car, some administration fees were added to the total but the price was still much lower than all other listings available, so it was not an issue.

Bought a 2011 Toyota Yaris here yesterday for $9,000 with 87,000 miles. Deal with Sam! he was super knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to us. At first the car was shaking, but he mentioned the battery was dead. So they changed the battery right in front of us and we saw how smooth it changed. The car is awesome at 40mpg. Anyway yeah talk to Sam if you want a quick, convenient, and fair experience. I was waiting for him to be a salesman and trick us with something, but he was super honest and gave good vibes. Would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
