Howard Johnson by Wyndham Buena Park

I stayed here and it was enjoyable except for the annoying breakfast staff, saying no to go breakfast. But I only took one waffle each person that was a registered guest on my room. I took the food to my room because there is nothing but waffles and dry food for breakfast and juices. This is because I wanted to add more food to my waffle breakfast. There is a pool there I plan to enjoy but never seen when I return there for another stay. Staff is friendly and motel is nice and clean for the price.

Budget minded, older property that was clean and quiet. Breakfast was offered but I wasn't able to partake. Perfect amenities for the business traveler like myself; in room iron, ironing board, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Laundry room, ice maker, free parking and internet. The internet was spotty on a couple days of my five day stay. The motel was in an urban/commercial/industrial area. I felt comfortable and safe. Close to Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, shopping, restaurants and interstates. I'd stay here on future trips. 5 STARS for the property it is.

I enjoyed my stay here it was just for a night but I wish it was longer the rooms are nice and mine was clean from what I could see. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! They even have shower gel and shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower for free. They also have moisturizer amd hand soap bottles attached to the wall by the sink. I definitely felt at home. The blankets looked clean the pillows as well. The room smelled nice. There is alot of space and there was a mini fridge and microwave. The tv is bigger maby 40- 50" which I really appreciate watching the football game. The check in staff is nice and curiosity both day shift and night. The maintenance and other workers there are awesome. The maid staff was friendly and smiling. The lady that does breakfast was very nice as well. It's not a 5 star hotel but it is a decent hotel especially for the price. I would recommend staying here over motel 6 and also the other wyndham hotel days inn. This place makes days inn look horrible.

Love this place, they are very accommodating I laugh and laugh with the woman at the front desk every time I’m in town I always get the big room (it’s like a little apartment) and the maid is super dope!! The big boss is grumpy sometimes but that. Comes with the job I suppose. They have waffles in the morning and coffee all day

Its the first time traveling with our baby as a family and we had a great stay. We booked it for 3 nights and since the instance we got here the staff in the front desk was welcoming and friendly. They informed us about the breakfast and were very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and affordable. We needed something good that wouldn’t be out of our budget and clearly this was it we’re gald we found this place and so close to Disneyland. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time were back.

Once again, they have outdone themselves when it comes to catering to my needs as a guest along with all the other guests here at the hotel. Some of these reviews do not do justice for most of the staff here. I've never had a horrible time checking in here, I've come across an issue or two, but some clarification on both ends usually does the trick to figure everything out. Also, when it comes to this price range of a property, cleanliness usually (I Feel) is overlooked on somethings. Definitely not here, attention to detail (big or small) sure is done here. The rooms I've been in here are always well beyond clean and smell welcoming Aswell! Yes, the property isn't brand new and has some years of hospitality under its belt, so somethings do show some wear, but nothing over the top. AC in all rooms I've been in have basically been new or newer (so that works for me!) If your looking for a good value, good staff, and centrally located in the OC to family fun and business over the hill, this is the place!

I've stayed here a few times over the years and it's always clean, comfortable and quiet. Hairdryer, Iron and board in the room so you can look your best! Reasonable distance to all of the LA tourist attractions but not really in the middle of the hustle. A very short drive to Knott's and I'm pretty sure they offer a shuttle (they have in the past but I haven't confirmed that recently) The small pool and hot tub are cozy and there's a cute courtyard with grills available. Simple continental breakfast with self serve waffles, cereal and juice.

Great hotel We are so impressed by the service, the room, the beds and cleanliness. Bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and towels are thick and clean.

Well you can pass right by this place and not know it was there because I lived around here and I just saw it because it happened to be staying there this location is pretty clean the rooms are great they're huge I like it that they're very understandable customer service there's a lot of families living there the only thing that looks kind of shady at night and there's no elevator dude well I never found one I was on the second floor but I was there for 5 days and I think it's a good place to have to stay for the price but damn how come there's so many Howard Johnson by Wyndham on the same block confused actually a lot of those properties is like 15 between Beach Boulevard and Western

I saw recent reviews that indicated there was no breakfast; however, they did offer a 'grab and go' brown bag breakfast. The room was clean and in good repair. Was actually nicer than some of the more expensive national brands that have properties nearby. Well worth the price paid, will definitely be staying again.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Had an issue with the HDMI and it was promptly fixed.
Room is clean and quiet with a small fridge and microwave.
Not a fancy location but inexpensive and clean.
Management is always reaching out to make sure you are happy.
Definitely recommend it.

The property is extremely clean and the staff is super nice. We stayed here for one night on July 4th, 2021. They even had a cash deposit option which is unheard of these days. Our room was nice, clean, no smells, and everything was exactly as described on the website. Definitely would recommend this property and will be returning for each of our future visits to Knotts Berry Farms.

On a side note, I would like to say how nice the gentleman in the morning was when I checked out. I told him we had moved out trip up one day and had to book at another hotel, as they had no availability on their website. He told me that, next time, to just come to the front desk and they will do everything to accommodate my change of plans. A-1 service.

I loved this hotel. Front desk was super nice, super helpful. He even found my wallet outside, in the hands of a strange guy, & told him the wallet was his. So the guy gave it to him. Front desk went out of his way to give it back to me, by calling our room to tell me I'd lost something important. Then he walked to our room at the back of the property to hand me my wallet. I'd just gone to the bank & pulled out over $400, so I was freaked. Then relieved to have it back. I'm thinking my wallet fell out of our truck while I was rearranging my floorboard to get in. My identification & social security card & debit card was inside. The front desk caught the strange guy with my wallet before he could steal everything from me. Our room was clean & very nice. The housekeeping does a great job. Linens were fresh & crisp. Bed was super comfortable.

my daughter booked a room here for me and i loved it. the rooms were clean nice sized too. Amir at the front desk was so very helpful and nice. he made my stay very enjoyable. i booked it again for july when i come to town again. i cant wait till they are able to open up the jacuzzi and serve breakfast again. oh i forgot the beds were so very comfortable as well

The staff is friendly and great. I really enjoyed the breakfast and in my opinion had a great selection. I enjoyed the waffles, oatmeal then I'll admit. I ran down a little later for a bowl it's frosted flakes and a bagel. Clean rooms and great price. I will definitely have no hesitation booking here at this location again in the future.

I stayed there for a week for my birthday and it was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they made my stay that much better by being so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was wonderful.

Great! Spot! Lovely landscapes cute rooms diamond in the rough parking is narrow you can hear through these walls though.

Very friendly environment and the assistant manager was really cool
