Good Nite Inn Buena Park Orange County

CURRENTLY STAYING HERE WHILE I TRANSITION FROM OLD HOME TO THE NEW PLACE AND EVEN WITH THE ROOF REPAIR GOING ON IN THE MORNING, IT REALLY IS A RESTFUL, PEACEFUL PLACE. YOU'D THINK BECAUSE IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREEWAY NOISE WOULD BE A CONCERN BUT I HAVEN'T CLOSED MY WINDOW ONCE AND HAVE SLEPT GOOD AND HAD NO NOISE ISSUES OR ANYTHING.
ONE THING THAT I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO WAS A JACUZZI OR MAYBE SOME SIMPLE OATMEAL/CEREAL BREAKFAST BUT EVEN WITH THAT MISSING, YOU STILL FEEL LIKE YOU GOT THE WHOLE PACKAGE BY THE TIME YOU CHECK OUT. LOVE THIS PLACE. WILL DEFINITELY BE MY GO TO FROM NOW ON NEXT TIME A HOTEL IS NEEDED.

The rooms are updated, nice carpet, clean bath tub and shower area, clean and new toilets. Carolyne pleasantly welcomed us upon checking in, she ensured we have a good room for our 2-night stay. She was there to provide excellent customer service when I checked out too. Overall a pleasant stay, and will come back when I need a room in the area again. Thank you!

They have big rooms. Carolyne was friendly and nice in assisting us. She told us the services of the hotel and it made us feel at home. My kids liked the room and had fun. The room was clean. There are nearby restaurants, fast food and convenience store. Will definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay for a week. Everyone was helpful and Carolyne was very accommodating and happy to help. I had no problems with my room. Overall, the place is a bargain for its price.

This hotel is decent and very convenient. Thanks to Carolyne for always making it easy to get settled in within minutes! This is not my first nor my last time here, definitely coming back! Very peaceful and quiet area aswell.

Great place, and great price. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. If you are staying multiple days, your room is not cleaned, but your towels are replaced daily. Rooms do have a mini fridge, but no microwave. They do have coffee and tea in the mornings down in the lobby, but we never went. There is a diner and a McDonalds that share a connected parking lot with the inn, and a second diner across the street. Only issue we had was the lock for access to the third floor from the elevator and our room would only accept the key card if slid and pulled to the right, perfectly. After a long day of travelling it was an annoyance to have to remember and do that to get back into our rooms. But that’s the only complaint!

Great location, really pleasant and clean room.The staff is nice and friendly especially Charlie who was incredibly helpful and generous. My kids and I had an amazing time.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and spacious room, affordable rates... It just perfect for us.

It's clean and convenient. There's a fridge too. Technically, most of it is a motel. They don't clean, but do replace towels daily. No safe in the room. They recently changed to liquid soap dispensers for the shower. Soda and ice are on the third floor only. Don't expect anything fancy, it's a place to sleep when you're not at Knott's.

Really great count queen room on the third floor. Plenty places to plug things in. A good desk to work at. Very close to knott's berry. Predefined that they put in a handicap height toilet. It makes all the difference.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean. The service was great. The location is perfect and quiet. It was secure, clean and well kept. Everything in my room worked great. The ice machine was powerful and worked great. I have no complaints for my stay. Some of these bad reviews are crazy to me. If you are expecting a 4 star hotel then thats what you should book. You dont get room service everyday but they come and change your trash and change out the towels. This is an affordable, secure and quiet location and that is what you get. There are alot of food locations within walking distance. I traveled with my kids and husband and sometimes its a little scary to book because you're not sure what you will get but i will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect. Just a few feet away from restaurants like Paul's Place, McDonalds's, Black Bear Diner, etc. Near to shopping areas, supermarkets & amusement parks. The rooms are good, modern & clean. Good amenities, clean bathrooms & carpeted floors. Try the Deluxe rooms, it's like you're in a 4 star hotel. Good value for money. I stay here whenever I have business to attend to this part of town and they never disappoint me. Staff are great most specially Carolyne at the front desk. She is very friendly and genuinely good-natured, courteous, helpful and overall has great interpersonal skills. She knows her job well and you can always count on her. I always look forward to seeing her at the front desk. She will always make me feel welcome and important. Thank you Goodnite Inn for having a great staff like her.

Basic burning the best ways! If you are in town for an amusement park and won't spend hours at the hotel, this is an excellent option. Very inexpensive for what you get. My suggestion is getting the premium rooms. They are just slightly more expensive. However, I believe they are newer and slightly larger than the other offerings. This place keeps their rooms nice and clean, the beds are decent. Definitely a good value!

Very nice room, something should be done with the bathroom door to make it slide easier. It was really hard to open, just fyi. And maybe replace the wheels on your laundry hampers, they were extremely loud when the maids would come in the morning. Otherwise the rooms were very acceptable.

The hotel I stayed in was awesome. Their rooms and restrooms were clean, and is of reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay and slept comfortably. When it comes to service it was world class, high quality service coming from Carolyne, one of the staff. She was very accomodating and professional, so nice and kind to customers. She helps me anytime whenever I need assistance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who are planning on vacation and wants a place to stay around orange county or neighboring counties.
