Try the Poblano chicken tacos! Taco Tuesday deals. Delicious menu! Always great service and nice, clean atmosphere, they have a nice patio and it’s next door to the AMC theater, perfect for a dinner and movie night out. My family and I have loved every dish we’ve tried, they have a nice selection of beers and I think a full bar! The owner is there managing pretty often and seems like a very kind and knowledgeable guy. He’s done a great job with Cabo Taco. If he ever moves/ expands to a bigger location I would absolutely follow. Big fan of this restaurant!!!

We had take out at the beginning of Jan.2024 and it was amazing. We decided to dine in the next time around the middle of Feb.2024 and it was just as delicious as our take out experience.
The atmosphere is good and they have both tables and booths. I can't wait to go back again.

Got a Classic Burrito with chicken and steak. Son got his dry, I got mine wet with red sauce. We were both satisfied with the flavors, textures and size. The burritos easily feed two people. We each took home half our burritos. So good. Tortilla chips were fine, but the salsa was fantastic. Good spice and flavor.

Crunchy shrimp tacos were incredible. Shrimp was crispy but not burnt, and had no heavy oil flavor. The sauce was *chefs kiss* husband had chicken enchiladas with spicy green sauce. Such diverse flavors between the two meals! We'll be back for sure!

Just a wonderful place to eat, nothing fancy. Clean, friendly and the best carnitas I have ever had. I just feel relaxed eating there.

1st time here. We highly recommend. Came for Benton school fundraiser. Enjoyed our meal and dessert. Guacamole is also delicious.

Food quality is excellent and clean tasting. Very fresh and I eat there frequently. I highly recommend this food. Very authentic Mexican food. Try their corn chowder in the Fall!

I went back again to Cabo Taco before a show at La Mirada Theater. They were busy. But the service was still excellent a day the food was fresh and delicious. We had the Shrimp Tacos and the Sweet Pig street tacos.

We’re new to the area and came here based on google reviews and they didn’t disappoint! We got the poblano chicken tacos and the quesadilla, both had great flavor. The waitress accidentally dropped on of our plates and they were super apologetic and gave us frozen ice cream which was SO delish *chef’s kiss*. We’ll be back!

Live this place! Rotating craft beer selection, vegetarian options, great food and great service! The Creamy Chile Verde Enchiladas are my favorite and real cherry coke with grenadine. Yummy!

Great place to eat before going to the La Miranda Theater.

The owner and staff are always so nice and attentive. They have some good beers and are passionate about providing the best choices they can.

Fantastic service! One of our party has a garlic allergy, and the owner came out and helped her find garlic free options. We had the patio to ourselves, which was nice. The patio also welcomes dogs, which we greatly appreciated. Oh, and the food was really good!

The food is excellent, the staff is a pleasure to be around, and the environment is relaxing. This is great place to bring the family, go on a date, or have a lunch break. All the food we tried is good.
I have one criticism and it's the chips. They are obviously store bought which is typical of most restaurants. If the chips were made in house, it would go a long way.

This has become our favorite local Mexican restaurant. We get take out from here frequently and the flavor is good and the food consistently prepared well. Friendly, respectful staff. Highly recommended if you're in La Mirada and want good Mexican food!

Absolute best service. Fantastic food. Also there was a discrepancy with my dads order, and not only was the meal replaced but we were able to keep the replaced plate. Extremely courteous and professional. Very clean environment, I believe the manager was out in the restaurant floor cleaning and making sure everything was attended to. Definitely going back again.

Love this place. They have all these little twists on standard Mexican food that make this menu pretty unique. Once a month they also prepare a completely off menu dinner that is paired up with beer selections from local craft breweries. I've done this twice now and it really is a well done and unique experience. I believe this is the third Thursday of every month, but call ahead to confirm, and also to find out which brewery they are teaming up with. It's also right next to the budget theater, so it's easy to pop in for a few beers and complimentary chips and salsa before your movie.
