Outstanding office! I truly appreciate how patient and personable the staff was. Roxana made my son's visit comfortable and they made sure to show and explain every step and their thought-out plan for my son to me. The staff is so caring. They made sure my son was comfortable. My daughter had her first consultation for braces today and it went so smooth. From the first call, the minute we stepped foot in their office, and when we left we felt so welcomed. The staff was very friendly. They answered all of my questions and even gave us a few different options to choose from. The office was very clean and everything was so neat. Our first experience was great and just know the Brodsky office is the truth!!!!!! ☺

All the team members from the front office to the back room provide the best customer service. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They try to find the best discounts for you and do a professional job every time. They do all they can to make sure you are comfortable after each job. If you want my advice get the lifetime insurance. Mine has paid for itself already.

The office is wonderful. They work hard to get us in when my son has a problem. The Dara are flexible and work with some of my son’s unique issues. They are wonderful all around.

There is never a long wait and my son does very well there.

Staff is courteous and answers any and all questions. They are very thorough with their prognosis and make sure to be with you during every step of the process. Couldn't ask for a better orthodontist. They also have a great reward system for kiddos and monthly prize giveaways which is a great positive reinforcement to get your kids motivated to go the dentist.

I was so pleased and happy that my Doctor ( Dr. Jeremy ) listened to my issues and concerns.. he is very considerate of my feelings. All the staff are very nice and attentive.I would recommend Brodsky Orthodontics to my family, friends or anyone.

We had such a great experience with Brodsky Orthodontics! It began with Jessica assisting with the appointment and insurance then seeing Dr Charles Brodsky. We actually enjoyed the first braces meeting - we laughed and discussed all of the options for my 14 year old. We were able to see how his teeth will look after braces - very cool technology. We chose Invisalign (loved their guarantee) and then with met with Michelle I believe to discuss expenses. She made it so easy and was very helpful
So happy with our decision! In January, he will have Invisalign! Very exciting

They are efficient and timely. Many ways to communicate and work to work with your schedule. I love how my child is interactive and knows what to do when she goes in.

Brodsky changed my life! My teeth brought down my self esteem and I lost ALL hope about having a beautiful smile. Let’s just say that’s not an issue anymore thanks to Brodsky! My teeth looked like a vampire/ saber tooth tiger at the beginning lol

After visiting two other Orthodontics, this location is extremely knowledgeable in their field and orderly which I absolutely appreciate, such a well prepared team. My consultation was very thorough , all my questions were answered and the staff is extremely kind. Definitely recommend to any one looking into getting treatment done.

My teen daughter has been coming here for 2 years. The Doctors and staff are so kind, gentle and funny! They have a fun office environment that takes even us adults back to our youth! The whole team at Brodsky Orthodontics is so kind, nice and professional. I had 3 kids get braces and their smiles are beautiful. Now it's my turn for Invisalign. The office is helpful and efficient. They have it down to a science and are so kind and knowledgable. My husband was a patient as a kid, I had adult Invisalign with them a few years ago, and now our preteen son is a patient. We are never disappointed.

There’s nothing quite like a business that makes you feel valued and like part of their family. You just don’t get that much anymore. I had my braces done here 29 years ago, and it was a great experience. Years later, I returned with my son and the need for a touch up on my own work. I had taken my son elsewhere for a consult, but it was not going to be cost effective for my budget. Then I remembered my own treatment and found Dr.B was still here. I figured I’d get a second opinion, and go back to a place I trusted before. The friendliness of the staff was just as I remembered. I even got a personal call from Dr. B the day before our visit to welcome me back. They worked with our insurance and came up with a plan that was unbeatable! The experience was far more awesome that I even expected. My kiddo and I are excited to get our work done and I’m happy to support a wonderful, family business once again.
