Compassionate care! Our first visit to Petra Pet Clinic was when it became necessary to put our ailing 17 yr old cat to sleep. The staff thoughtfully prepare for our appointment with a clean towel and absorbent pad on the cold stainless steel examination table. We and our cat were treated with empathy, gentleness and patience. A few days later we received a card with meaningful messages of caring written by each of the staff. Our experience with their care has been helpful in processing our grief and loss. We are grateful.

Above all, even though it is a hospital, my dog is not unfamiliar with it and likes it, so he goes to get treatment with a sense of comfort.
The desk clerk is also friendly...

We have taken our pets there for about 8 yrs. He loves animals and takes time with you when you have questions. He will give you a choice of what he can do if you cannot spend the amount of everything. We usually will get the medicine. We are retired so the funds are short. We also love , "The office cat!"

This place is amazing. The staff is terrific and the Dr is amazing. He was very gentle with my cat and gave me several options on how to help him. Not to just get the expensive work done. Very personable. I'll definitely be coming back for my cats needs

Went here for years when I lived closer. The doctors are so compassionate and the care is affordable and accessible. Korean speaking doctors as well. 10/10

I have been taking my Yorkie for over 7 years to Dr. Kim ever since he was a puppy. Dr. Kim is very caring, knowledgeable, and offers very reasonable prices for his services. I don't think you could find another vet as good as Dr. Kim. I have recommended many clients to Dr. Kim and all have been very happy with his services and thanked me for introducing Dr. Kim. If you have any experiences with other vets, you would realize how good Dr. Kim is with his quality of care and prices for his rendered services. When my Yorkie was a puppy, he had to have a surgery due to him swallowing some pieces of toy. Dr. Kim went above and beyond to take care of my precious Yorkie which made him recover very quickly. Up to this date, he has not had any issues with digestion and he is as happy and hyper Yorkie as he was a puppy. I know Dr. Kim even has many clients coming from very far away for his excellent services. I would recommend Dr. Kim to anyone and everyone who is looking for a trustworthy vet for their pet companions.

I have been taking my fur babies to Petra pet Clinic for years. I love the staff and Dr. Kim. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. Entire staff are very caring. My fur babies loves Dr. Kim, because they know that he cares for them and would not put them through or me any unnecessary expense. Thanks Dr. Kim, for always taking great care of my fur baby's!

Dr. Kim is very kind! He always showed great concern for my dogs and really good about following up. My dogs are always happy to see him and his staff at his office, and are in safe hands when they visit Petra Pet Clinic.

Been coming here for years (at least 8) and both myself and the dogs love it. The Doctor is very kind and explains well, but is willing to listen and work with you on trying to find the best way to keep/get your pet healthy. The vet techs have always been friendly, and clearly everyone is there for their love of animals.

The vet there is wonderful and very professional staff. My beloved doggie got sick, 15 years old, my love, anchor, and friend. It came on suddenly, a few days passed and he left this world. The Vet was so kind and consoling. In addition, the visits are affordable. I recommend this office for everyone with a pet they love and desire good, honest help!

Originally found this place through a family friend when out beautiful husky was suffering from cancer and needed to be put to sleep. Doctor was amazing and gave my son as much time as he needed before administering the shot. After seeing his demeanor decided he was the vet for my family even though there are vets far closer to my house. Recently got a three month old border collie/husky/shepherd mix and had the vet check her out. Friendly staff caring doctor reasonable prices what more can you ask?

They took care of my international dealth certificate quickly and professionally, even with my cat as a new patient. They are highly knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Love Dr Kim! He always gives me plenty of options when it comes to my pets care. The staff is very accommodating and easy going. Great experience every time.

My mom has always taken her dogs here for years when they needed to go to the vet so I decided to take my dachshund in for a teeth cleaning that he desperately needed for awhile now. His teeth were some of the worst i've ever seen. His canine teeth had so much thick tartar build up that it was a brown/green color and you could barely even see the tooth. I'm so amazed that Dr. Kim was able to practically clean every single spec of tartar off my dogs teeth. His prices were also extremely fair and a lot lower than any of the vets near my house. I also felt that the staff was very friendly and that they cared. Dr. Kim even gave me a call towards the end of the procedure to update me on how he was doing. Thank you Petra Pet Clinic!

I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm so happy I found Petra Pet Clinic. Last night I found out my dog has a really bad ear infection. I called the next day when they were all booked up and still let me come in. They really do care and are very affordable!! I love this place.

1. Dr. Kim saved family pet when local humane society in Garden Grove refused to give my mother the necessary medicine because the humane society's vet decided that our cat wasn't worth saving.

2. Dr. Kim has taken care of our past/current 8 dogs and 2 cats with the highest level of care and empathy.

3. Dr. Kim is also a genuinely good person besides being a great vet.

Great place to take your dogs. They don’t charge an arm or a leg and they do a great job. The nurses and the Dr are all great. Highly recommended

Currently looking for a new vet for my dog since i moved down from san francisco. I called Petra and Shery helped me out! She had outstanding customer service skills and helped me out with everything i needed to know. She booked me and apointment for my dog and was super nice and helpful! Can't wait to try out this Vet.
