This is the 2nd time I have brought my clothes and son clothes to his cleaners.. the 1st time I thought I was overthinking but I wasn’t.. sweat suits, sweater that have been wore once and NEVER washed end up after the visit to THIS CLEANERS was faded had lint balls as if they were super old and had shrunk 😤.. this time in the picture I brought white true religion pants that ONLY had dirt on them and on the back pocket has now burn marks from his pressing machines.. 200$ jeans... a brand new sweat suit outfit my son wore once for his birthday n getting out the cleaners today it look dirty and as if he wore it more than 10x.. I bring my son to the cleaner because they are expensive n the dry cleaners are to keep clothes looking new n good condition.. so upset for the service provided. Never again..

I actually would give a no star rating. I went to their business for the first time because I'm new to the area . I asked for specific spots to be removed from my coat. They marked the locations as if this is what they would do. Pick up came about and they did not get the job done at all. The "manager" had no kind of customer service remors while discussing the job he could not do as stated. A company comp/discount would have been appreciated. A job I could have done myself, there was no purpose for that store if they don't do what they say they will do.
