George was super helpful and was pretty good at communicating throughout my application process. The application process moved fast and the apartment has been good so far, everything was also very clean and pristine for move-in. Overall was a smooth process renting through this company.

I've had the pleasure of living in the Babcock Associates apartment building for 4 years now, my roommate being there for over 6 years. Managment is up to par and always taking care of things that were broken or in need of maintenance. The on-site Manager, Margarita always did her best of taking care of the property... power washing the outside, stairs, front door spaces. Locked garages were a big Plus for this complex. They are spacious and although shared, there was never an issue with space. They were always accommodating of myself when i moved in with my roommate and allowed me to bring my service dog into the apartment to live. That was a HUGE plus for me.
I will miss living here!

George is a very attentive manager for our building, he makes sure everyone is informed of any changes and also ensures any maintnence is completed. His ability to speaking Spanish is very helpful amongst all the tenants. Overall thoroughly communicative and responsible.

George and his team are attentive, responsive and genuinely care. They have gone above and beyond to make the move into our new home be a wonderful experience! Thank you!!!

Got my first apartment through Babcock; was selected among a list of applicants. As you know the housing in the south bay is insane, and they made it easy; no complaints on this end. Just like anyone knows when applying you must have good credit as well as meet the income qualifications. Loving my apartment.

Amazing company. We were very hesitant to rent from them due to the bad reviews but I am glad we did. The apartment we got from them was really great. Unfortunately the location dis not work for me so we moved few months after renting. We gave the 30 days notice. Cleaned the place before we left. Got our deposit with no issues. People who complain about not getting their deposit back are the ones who live like pigs and dont keep the place up so ofc no deposit since someone needs to be paid to clean after that. Dont listen to the bad reviews. They treat you the way you treat them 😉

I am renting a very nice apt in El Segundo, 2 blocks from the beach. You can't blame a business for wanting to rent to tenants that will meet a criteria In regards to credit. All the neighbors are respectful and low key. I am very happy in my new place!

My experience with this agency was great i cant complain i rented from them for over 3 and a half years and ms lynzee was a good agent rep my only dislike was my neighbor from space 6 on Mariposa ave in gardena wat a nosey and rude lady
