A new treasure in San Pedro

I've attended the past two Reveillons at Harold & Belle's and the food has been amazing. Though I'm not a fan of Rye Whiskey (I prefer Sazerac with Cognac), the cocktails were palatable. In my opinion, what was not palatable was the amount of talking from the presenters. Though they were well educated and passionate, for me, the run-on "Master Class" in Rye Whiskey made my evening less enjoyable.

On March 7, 2020, I purchased a $210 whisky & tasting dinner for 2. Due to Covid, the event got cancelled. At first, Philip (the representative of the event) asked if I could donate that amount to the company. Of course, I couldn’t. Its been financially challenging since Covid. For 6 months, I’ve requested for a refund. I spoke to Philip, personally & he gives only excuses. Stating that the accountant has been having issues with the refund. I called their business phone number - no one answers. I email them - no one responds. I can only contact him directly on FB. I asked for their accountants business phone number & I have yet to hear from him. Due to their avoidance to issue a refund. I highly advise to avoid doing any business with them. I’ve been patiently waiting to be refunded. But, 6 months of excuses shows their character.
