Liberty Laundry Laundromat in Paramount

I've been coming here for a few years now. This laundry is the nicest in Paramount, CA. Its very spacious and well laid out and all the machines are new and clean. I feel safe washing here. I met the owner, hes a really nice guy. Its been better since he took over.

Their coin exchange machine only gave me $9.50 in quarters out of my $20 bill and there is no attendant on duty anywhere to be seen.
UPDATE: Manager if the place got in touch with me and said they would give me a refund. At least they care about their customers unlike other businesses.

It’s okay! First time here. I’ll think about it before coming back. it’s dirty and some people are not wearing a mask and it sucks. I see no sign that makes them wear one it’s no safe with this COVID thing going on. Need maintenance Nd a sign on the door telling them it’s the law you must wear a mask. Point y

There is no consistency on their business hours.

No restroom

No tiene acceso al baño, los dueños deben dar facilidades a los clientes, también falta papel de manos en el caño.

Some machines are not working properly.
Dryers do not fully dry clothes even after 40+ mins of drying time. The washers will read as if they are working, but once you put the money in, they will tell you they have a door issue and you do not get your quarters back. Machines with the “Out of Order” signs take too long to get fixed. There is no soap or paper towels to wash hands. The list goes on…. 😞 my hopes are that once the owner reads this, they will get this place back in perfect condition. The notes left for correction, never seem to get responded to.

One of the washing machines broke down, and it wouldn't empty out the washer of soap, it left it full of soap and unable to spin, My sister left her blanket that was special to her, Its sad and disappointing that we had to leave that there without a choice because we couldn't get it out 💔💔, Overall the machines did what were meant to do and there was no problem other than that. Thank you for your time.

**** REPLY TO THE LAUNDROMAT: No, this is the CORRECT laundromat, please DO NOT say I’m lying, how rude and unprofessional. And there weren’t many people in the afternoon. **** It’s not maintained, dirty and no restroom. Usually, there’s a person cleaning and maintaining the laundromats but in this one there’s none. It’s bad 👎🏼

This the worst Laundry place to come an wash the place is dirty their is no one to help you when the machines still your coins came to wash at 4:30 pm 7/16/2021 I guess the owners saw me taking pictures at this place through there Cámaras that dam I saw the cleaning lady come in and started started cleaning fast an the owner emptied the machines I guess they don't like bad reviews and see customers taking pictures go to another place and do your laundry it's just waist of your time
