I am really saddened to read this review about my friend Patrice.
I have been a client of Patrice's for the last 20 years. We worked together on several real estate deals. Whatever Virginia is talking about makes no sense because I know how diligent and respectful he is. In all my years of dealing with him I have never heard a complaint from anyone of his clients. I have developed a friendship with Patrice along with his other clients and I know that Virginia is an exception to the rule. She is entitled to her opinion but I know deep down in my heart that things did not happen the way she makes them out to be.

I have worked and known Patrice for many years. He is a very honest person. He does the best job he can for his buyers and sellers. He was my agent when I bought my house. If I ever sell my house I will use him as my agent.

They close escrow in the time that's allotted.

Cuoe Arrigotti does not pay his workers! He is a shady and dishonest person who takes advantage of hard workers.

Very unprofessional, they steal from you & lie, wouldn’t put anything past them especially that Cuoe Arrigotti , real piece of “work”
